LG washing machines should be avoided at all costs. The worse experience with a washing machine ever. Wires coming out, burnt. Heating element delivered, not working and continued to be faulty throughout the two plus years i had the machine. LG should stick to TVs and leave washing machines alone. I paid £900 plus pounds for my machine for it to break down continuously for the short time I had it. Rubbish.
I once worked on the support for LG and I can tell you that certainly most people were complete idiots. People who install the machine on wooden floors or even on top of a bench and want a technician out cause they cant figure out how to turn off the child lock function even after being given specific instructions. So yes, there are certainly idiots out there.

ofcourse LG has a known bug in the cotton (normal) program and no_spin manual combination. 11 minutes to end of cycle it will spin to 1000 RPS.
Don’t buy an LG washing machine two months out of warranty and I need a new machine😡
It can happen with any brand and product, that’s why customer protection laws, warranty and insurances exist.
