Anti-seize!!! Can preach enough to others to use anti-seize on the hub bearing and bolts.

just ignore the sleeve that comes with the lower ball joint
    just like the snap ring
if you cleaned rust from bottom seat of ball joint you will get snap ring on
    armature

Had a question. Would it be a good idea to put some anti-sieze on the ball joints as you're pressing them in?

Throw the ball joints in the frig overnight and a light bulb on the knuckle for an hour and the parts will fall in - good stuff from a mill valley 03 TJ and 93 XJ owner

What are your thought on TRQ brand which is 1AAuto’s brand? I have a TJ and have to replace all the steering and suspension components. Thanks

Yes sir, it is. I didn't cover the issue people have with the grease fitting very well when I did it last. So, I'm taking the old one down and re releasing it with better info 👍🏽

Did you have any plastic pieces on the axle shafts? I’m hearing those are needed to align the shaft splines with the differential splines.

What r your thought on removing & replacing ball joints with an air hammer?

Thanks for the video. I wasn't sure whether to do top or bottom first (or if it matters) but it's nice to see it being done by an expert. Here's hoping that refitting is easier than removal was.....

Hello there I watch all you videos and they are so helpful I’m told I need an offset upper ball joint
To get the wheel alignment correct because my YJ drifts to the right and they need more adjustment to correct the drift, my concern is when you pull the axle out does the 4wd vacuum coupling have any issue when you pull the axle out or putting it back in, please reply with your expert advise, thanks

Did you have trouble pressing in the upper ball joint because of the angle of the upper knuckle? I destroyed the boot on my first one.

Thank you so much for this video. I have been fighting that snap ring and was wondering if I had done it incorrectly, or if the ball joint I purchased was incorrect. I didn't realize that those not slipping back on is a common issue.

If u use a splined ball joint, can a smooth ball joint be put in its place?

Usually watch your videos. You explain everything in depth very well. Bringing my 93 YJ back alive out here on the coast of Oregon. Getting it ready for hunting season and it’s my daily driver. Some day like to meet ya to go wheeling. Anyways thanks man it helps a lot.

Snap ring on lower doesn't fit. 1 side is angled where the ball joint is pressed.
