I'm so happy for you! This is something I'm working towards at the moment. The best way I can describe it, is it looks like you can breathe. The first video you ever posted in Germany made it seem like it would be such a special place for you and I'm glad you've found your way back to a place that just seems to welcome you with open arms. It's okay to be scared of things, its okay to be overwhelmed, its okay to be cautious, but how you handle them is what matters. Like those videos only your art professor seem to know how to find, and then you watch them for an assignment or a discussion response, and suddenly you are super inspired to do something wonderful with your life just because of the masterpiece of a documentary thay you just watched? OMG Anja, watching your channel has inspired me to do the thingd im afraid of, and now im working on writing a fictional book. Once i realease one or two of these, hopefully i can someday work up the power and energy to write a non fiction book. Ive wanted to start writing sinc 2016 when i was my freshman year of high school, but i was always so scared of what others thought of me or would think of me, so i didnt. Now, seeing how free you are even when you do the things that build up as scary in our heads, its freeing me in a way. Its like you are my own life therapist, without even knowing it lol. Congrats on being so happy in Germany! Im so happy you finally feel like you belong.😊

Healthiest way to do a cold shower (because it‘s easiest on the heart): take the shower head into your hand, then gi right leg from foot to buttocks, do the same to left leg, then right hand from fingers to shoulder, same with left hand. Last comes the torso, and then you can do whatever you like. The reason for this is that the cold water leads to your blood vessels constricting and you want the ones farthest from the heart to constrict first and push the blood towards the heart. Alles Liebe
