    Thanks for the video! This will be so useful for anyone that doesn't use that 3rd row seat that often!

    I just brought a carnival , thanks for the video very useful. I recommend to build a wood box base and keep the seat as a sofa at home.

    Really appreciate your time showing us how to get the most space out of these great vehicles… and save weight! I’m keen to see what you do to setup for camping… floor etc. I need a false floor to store large model wings under and then put the fuselages up on the floor (plus act as a bed etc once the jets are out).
    All the best and thanks again.

    Thank you for the video, and proof the third row seats are removable. Evidently the second row seats are also removable much quicker and without tools.

    Thanks! I just got a 2024 for my work van and need to pull those out to make room and reduce weight.

    Thank you for the video! If you removed all the seats, could you slide a 5x8 sheet in there?

    Thanks for the video! I was concerned they may have some extra heavy duty springs but now I see it’s hydraulics. Yes, storing them is the next problem. I’ll probably stumble over them for the next 20 years and then end up selling. 😂

      30"x32"x52" corner of my basement with XPS insulation foam panels in between thought about selling mine too, but hate to discover 10 years down the road I want to sell it and everybody's gonna want those seats. Who knows they're gonna be brand new like in 10 years lol

      @@getmoving1090 Ahhh, a basement is what I don’t have here in Florida but I wish we did. My only option is the garage. But in 10 years or so they’ll be in new condition and eligible for Mecum! 🤣

    Saving some weight and more cargo space. I noticed your Captain chairs doesn't slide much......on the Toyota Sienna the Captain chairs slide back about 27in. Btw, did you weight the seats?

    Thanks for sharing the videos. two questions, 1. thought the seats could be stowed to create more cargo space so no need to take them off? 2. What’s the barcodes say on the tracks and seats, wondering who make them

    • @getmoving1090
      @getmoving1090  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, they do stow but I wanted the extra room for camping creates a deeper trunk. I don't know about any barcodes.

    Thanks for posting i'm looking to do the same conversion. How were the middle seats to remove. I think I might leave the 40 split but definitely want the space for a compressor fridge

      I’m looking into the 12 V to upgrade for my ice chest. But the seats are just deliver. Pull it. They pop out a little heavy.

    Hi there, thanks for showing us this video. I’m just wondering if anyone else has come across wires under these 3rd row seats. In our car they seem to be connected to the base of the chairs so we aren’t able to dismantle the seats unless we play around with the wires but I’m worried it’s actually part of the lights or sensors… anyone else come across this?

    I'm looking for a 3rd row seat if anyone is selling.

  • @azhar5912
    @azhar5912 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Why? 😅
    it’s much easier to remove the 2nd row instead? plus just stow the 3rd row in that slot INSTEAD of finding something put in that slot TO COVER THE FLOOR. 😂 ohmgee… i thought of what is the purpose for you to remove the 3rd row, probably for cleaning or repairs, but if you had to want to luggage things around with the back all flat floor, might as well buy a 2nd hand/used van or old Carnival instead of pillaging the new Carnival😅
