Nice welds, great prep on paint, looks great, sounds excellent! I approve!. Ya cant get much more "great" sound out of these lower power units with low rev limiters.
Hey @Ben Kraus how did this setup run? Im thinkin on doing the same thing with mine with an slp silencer. Should be simmilar results. But dont really feel like cutting up my exhaust if the results arent really worth it yano? Cheers!
skulledmonte84 If you would have seen the stock design with the baffle, it’s more restrictive. A 2 stroke also needs a lot of back pressure to have power

Perfect! I have to do something similar to my Cat as the stock muffler can is rotted out and all the exhaust is going under the hood!

sounds good but you may have to rejet the carb..
Would this work for my 440 too?
How do you tune A 95 Polaris 500 For do exhaust
Hey Ben you are one of the first youtubers that have said “Give it a thumbs down”
NICE!
I’d put a white clutch spring in the primary so it kicks in at 4500 and 4 inch bar risers
I have the same exact sled
Did you rejet ?
Whats the name of the can that you installed? Cause i just got myself a 1993 polaris indy widetrack and im thinking of doing that
How much weight did it save
Bit late but how did it work when you gutted it
What year is this one?
Did this run good and have decent power after this mod?
catch any shit from WI DNR for that pipe ?
That can is from a firecat
Can u make me one
Elbow is just restricting the hell out of it

These pipes could use the restriction, the heat is good to hold in the pipe... helps the two stroke perform better
elbow looks about 1 3/4 inch I see some 440/580 cats elbow at 1 1/4 so hes good
