    Sir, We need you to fix the miserable education system whose blatant flaws are on display today, with students protesting on the streets. You need to set a precedent in the NEET hearing on 8th july. The only way for the Indian populace to realise its potential is through the establishment of a meritocratic environment where the hardworking can thrive by the virtue of the genuine effort they put in. The education system's corruption and incompetence in its present form cannot be tolerated. Its destroying young lives and aspirations. Indians are losing hope. A strong Judiciary is the last remaining beacon of hope for us aspirants.

      You are right, the chief justice deserves thanks. He called wrong as wrong and right as right with full honesty. The way the opposition mourned the removal of article 370 and went to the supreme court to prove that the removal of 370was wrong, at that time India needed such an impartial judge, otherwise this country has also seen such emergency situations (25June 1975 which was a big negative attack on the constitution ) when the court found itself helpless and the opposition or the common people who raised their voice against it were thrown into jails, hence a fearless and impartial judge like the current cji chandrachud is worthy of immense respect.

    • @Oatmealt
      @Oatmealt 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@viratrajpoot786 Sure.
      Indira Gandhi was an autocratic dictator, and so is Modi. Autocrats like Indira Gandhi & Narender Modi have imposed personality cults on Democracy.
      From 1947 to 1977, the democratic practice of India was a flawed democracy that is slightly better than weak democracy. Under Indra Gandhi's emergency, autocracy began, and it was a threat to the democracy so Janta Dal won the elections. After that, India continued to walk in a flawed democracy until Manmohan Singh was in office as PM. After 2014 under Modi, it became a weak democracy which now turns into electoral autocracy and to hybrid regimes to an authoritannism, also known as a dictorship regime. Modi's ideology is mostly theocratic, so Modi's government would kill the democracy and will slowly turn into theocratic autocracy.
      The call for restoration of democracy by revoking the Emergency is considered to be a major reason for the sweeping victory for the opposition Janata Alliance, whose leader Morarji Desai was sworn in as the fourth. Prime Minister of India on 24 March.
      The same is being done by I.N.D.I.A alliance to swipe of the Modi's government, who is slowly transitioning from weak democracy to theocratic autocracy. I.N.D.I.A alliance succeeded in weakening the Bjp and atleast having a more , and we can see that in election 2024 how NDA is now coming with a weak BJP. The people of India have voted against Modi. And now we do have Leader of Opposition after 10 years. Thus holding unto democracy and abiding to the democratic values.

    - what would you like to say about the judiciary's double standards in India?
    - What are your thoughts on how dissenting voices are being suppressed in India?
    - What would you like to say about the judiciary gradually leaning towards the powerful?
    - Sir, what measures will you take during your tenure to strengthen the rights of Indian citizens so that the common people of India will always remember you, just as we remember Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar?
    - How will you make the system and the Indian political system more transparent? As you know, the Indian election is losing all its faith.

    Is it not against the ethics of a serving judge to appear before a public forum to pass comments on points of law ??
    How different it is from appearing on media channels to pass remarks on politics of the state??
    If people know the minds of serving judges then wont they try to influence the judges outside court??
    Wont this influence affect the impartiality of judge inside the court ??
    If tomorrow any High court pucked up any comments passed by serving cji before Oxford union to decide a point of law, would such decision be fair and just ??
    If high court judges start following the cji and start appearing before public forum to pass comments on points of law , how easily public will start to manipulate them ??
    I dont know where actually judiciary is going

    • @niranjanlad3415
      @niranjanlad3415 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      its not that difficult but are you saying the same window of ethics applies to respective professions(why only the judiciary on the earth)? CJI have already clarified about basis on which judicial system iadjudicates on any matters/cases (The Constitution being the supreme law of the land ) And about where judiciary is going? - its evolving with some imperfections, few contradictions,delays, ... but it is anything like other systems of the state. I would like to end on - Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's note here on however true,perfect,complete the law may be, those practising, enforcing law are not true to essence of it, no system(in this case judiciary) will serve the purpose. and our CJI is talking about one of the core experiences of his 'Study of Judiciary'. CJI being citizen of India, he also comes into democratic dialogue.

    #We Demand UCC,
    If India is a secular country, then how was the minority and majority decided - on what basis?...
    Where is fundamental rights of Hindus?
    Why should secular govt run only Hindu Temples?
    Hindu society feel cheated in secular India.
    In India, secularism and justice equality means oppression of majority Sanatan and promotion of abrahmic religions.
    our Constitution has been designed to subjugate Hinduism by treating Hindus as second class citizens in matters of religion, culture and education.
    Hinduism is not taught in schools and colleges; temples are not allowed to do it.
    Constitution gives minorities special and excl rights to run institutions and exempts them from RTE.
    Hindus don't have these rights.
    Allow GurukulShiksha . #FreeHinduTemples from govt.

    I don't appreciate the boy sitting with his legs crossed.
    His posture and facial expressions reflect an overconfident attitude and a sense of excessive pride.
    Younger generations should show more respect, especially toward elders who possess great wisdom.

    Go on your foreign jaunts at public expense -first class. Holiday abroad, but do not attend to the primary responsibility of organising prompt justice to citizens. 5 crore pending cases ! Lectures, travel, treating Court No 1 as a debating Club and spending weeks on a case which time and people had already decided- like that on 370. And intervening in executive issues but unable to reach a solution- like committee set up to investigate Farm Laws. Its report never saw the light of the day. Totally unaccountable fellows and unacceptable behaviour.
