I'm going to pin this message to answer a few FAQs because its been very challenging to respond to everyone. If i missed any questions I will edit this pinned message to add more answers. 1) The level of the inscribed ultimatum token does not matter. All that matters is making sure it has 10 trials so you are guaranteed 3 soul cores, and 1 key fragment for the trial master fight. 2) Here is the brand new build guide video! th-cam.com/video/TMdnA53oL8Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FdWLwA37GIxBidxl 3) I only have around 35% rarity and its completely unintentional. The soul cores you get as rewards are not impacted by rarity. Having rarity will only get you more raw currency from killing the rares / bosses throughout the trials. 4) I am using a personal loot filter that I created myself.
Loved the video, already have my demon build (btw currently there is a bug with a unique helmet that takes off your energy, if you turn the demon form on and change your helmet for the unique one, you keep the shield and you can get like over 2000 life reg with it ^^) Sooo in short, I am going to abuse one tapping the final boss with like 600 or 700 charges and farm like crazy xD

This was my main way of income during the first few weeks of PoE 2's release. I was unable to map since I would constantly disconnect when entering them, so this was the next best thing I tried. The best part of this strategy, as you mentioned, is the ability to bulk sell everything through currency exchange. If you are in a guild, or have friends also playing, you can ask them to collect inscribed ultimatums for you so you don't even have to enter the tradesite at all.
Video came up on my feed, and now I watched all of you videos. No bullshit, video's with facts, data and testing as proof. I just subscribed, because as a new player this is what I was looking for!

Hey great video! Just a recommendation if you are willing to read: if you arent in instant need of exalts/divines, you dont need to put the "recommended value" in the currency exchange. If you check the competing prices and stocks, you can put for sale your soul cores for a higher price , wait a bit and then return with more exalts. This is specially usefulk when you are trading high volumes like you are doing now. Even if you are only gaining decimals, does count for dozens of extra exalts in the end.
Just to put it in perspective a lot of "buy" orders on the currency exchange are people listing way under value so they can flip it, especially with all the decimal amounts. To check to see if supply/demand us off you gotta check the opposite side of the transaction, buying soul cores for exalts (or anything on currency exchange) If you can sell soul cores for 4.4 ex for example, but the only available buys are for 5.5 ex, then there are low demand at the moment and you are selling at scalper prices to flippers. In that scenario you could sell that soul core for 5 ex for slightly more profit, or even sell it at 6 ex and get a sale if a buyer shows up and only wants to buy 1 soul core, you could be the only single orb seller at 6ex. I did this with the most expensive soul core with spirit. I saw that in divs it was 3.3 divs but I listed it for 4 divs because if someone wants a single core they can't afford bulk price at 3.3 divs. So after sleeping I woke up to a sale.(it may be worth more than the time of sale now) Do this before logging off where you list for higher cuz demand is different at all different hours in the day.
I have a feeling that rarity does not affect the rewards the Trial master offers you. That's because rarity only affects drops (as far as we know), and the rewards from Chaos Trials are not "drops" but given through a window .
time gated rooms and the size of them and fact that you have to run couple screens to get to next room and dogshit corrupted rares make this really bad experience.

I started doing this at level 78 or 79. You can get the Inscribed Ultimatums for 1ex each pretty easily. Prices haven't changed for them even though more and more creators recommend doing this. Same for the soul cores which also went up in price

That build is actually quite popular and is very versatile. It’s just an infernalist wearing ghost writhe armor with two Ming rings to reduce even more life and bring up chaos damage. The rest of the gear focuses on life Regen. Passive tree probably focuses on that too. All of this is so you can stay in demon form for a really long time. Second wind helps immensely as gem included in demon form. There are many variations of that build(some go full chaos/curse hexblast and others go more of an invoker route with firewall, ice etc. of course I don’t know the specifics of this particular variant but I just gave the corse stuff you can build around(I happen to play this build as well).
ngl, i needed this video, because i was having a hard time figuring out how to make consistent early currency. in poe 1, before you can juice maps, before you can reliably get 100% of whatever mechanic you want to farm, if all else fails you can do chaos recipe to get a small trickle of consistent chaos to buy your early mapping gear. THIS game really did seem to be "just get lucky." you could do 4 or 5 waystones not get an exalted, and then randomly get like a greater jewelers or something. and then the next 4 maps you find an exalt or two every map. its just not consistent. but with this, you could theoretically run as high a trial as your build can handle, and get a little bit of a consistent exalt farm going to get your build fully online before farming for the expensive stuff.
Farming Trialmaster is one of the best benefits to doing this farm. You can buy the fragments to unseal the Trialmaster door from the currency exchange for around 45 exalts and he usually drops a Mahuxotl's Machination shield which is at least 4-5 divs unidentified which makes it well worth it alone. The fight really isn't that difficult. You can also ID them to go for high rolls on increased soul core effect and sell them for a ton more, especially if you vaal them into 3 sockets which is an easy 20+ divs each, 30+ divs for a 600%+ roll. Trialmaster can also drop unique Diamond jewels, one of which was a 97% Adorned that I sold for 77 divs. I made over 130 divs from Trialmaster drops in just a few days alone, soul core profit was just a drop in the bucket in comparison. Farming the Trialmaster should be the actually reason to go for this farm, not the MF soul cores which I've only gotten 2 of in like 20 clears.

Congrats on the profit :) Also started farming this 2 days ago and did around 25 runs. The profit rate is a bit lower than yours, because your clear time is pretty good whereas mine is around 20minutes per run. I think soul core collecting maps are the most time consuming. However once you get used to the runs, it is pretty chill and can do it braindead while listening to some podcasts alongside. Also tried including the Trialmaster at the end but it is a huge RNG, luckily got 2 shields in 4 runs but stopped afterwards.

@@yunesvinicius2943 when you do a 10 trial inscribed ultimatum, the last boss of the run will drop 1 piece of the 3 part key required to fight the trialmaster.
Trialmaster is guaranteed profit, a set costs 45 ex, the shield is 3-4 div, so you need to only drop 1 shield in 7-9 runs, and the shields are pretty common
I think the best part is, you dont need to do player trades. Just currency exchange and voila! Great vid and subscribed. Also i had some soul cores lying around, i had no idea i was sitting on so many exalts!
I was thinking more of rank as you make video, if someone finds one video and sees another method higher they prob might check that video as well(me pulling this out of thin air). Also after few different methods you can rehas the tier list again to make ranking video.
Removing the lucky 352 exalt soul cores, the total would be approx (three other cores dropping) 1900 exalt, over 60, meaning 31,6 exalt times four runs an hour for a total of 126,6 exalt / hour. Still a very respectable, consistent and solid way to earn currency. Going to spend tomorrow doing this myself and see how long my mind holds up.
Did you account for the Mob level of the runs? Were you running 75s, 80s, a mix? You did a great job on the overall data, but you left out a glaring variable
@@Bubafak the rewards rng are based on the level of the instance. so it is perfectly appropriate to think that lvl 80 ults might give the big boy soul cores a bit more often. hence my question and a good test for this would be comparing the Item Level of the gear in the rewards choices.
I have been avoiding youtube channels that i havnt heard of before due to so many jumping on the hype train. Alot of bad ones have been showing up claiming this and that. 3 azcapas is crazy ngl. ive run well over 100 of these over the course of the league, all area level 80, and havent seen a single azcapa. One entire third of your revenue was from azcapas. This is not representative of average luck imo. Appreciate the time you put in though and the disclaimer at the end for unscrupulous players. It was a good watch.
The fun part of this type of deep dive curency making , people are gonna ignore the disclamer part and fully tunnel vission on the div per hour😂, dont get me wrong i love this type of vid, but man people are gonna be salty😅

If anyone is considering this farming strat might wanna get in on it quick as if/when GGG nerfs rarity the Azcapa cores are likely to tank in price. As someone who has recorded data for over 200 runs, your Azcapa drop rate was way above what anyone should expect. I assure you SOME people will do 60 runs and drop none, as the soulcore only drops on the 10th round and if you are unlucky on that dice roll you can be scrub. Other than that good info, I really hope all three trialmaster fragments go down in price since they are the same drop rate, I have no idea why deadly is more expensive.
Great video! I know from D2, these types of videos are extremely well received. D2 has a fraction of the audience but there are creators like Dbrunski that have built their youtube and Twitch livelihood off of "1000 mephisto runs." No one is doing it in poe and the player-base is exponential compared to d2.
I agree. At least now I have some sort of goal to get my endgame characters better gear quicker. The nice thing about these particular farming routes is that they are somewhat consistent, which can’t be said for endgame because it’s all random.
7:56 you're not manually adjusting the ratio, and it's most apparent here. You could change the 9 div asking price to 10 and the ratio would still be below the 3.4 market ratio, meaning it would still sell instantly. That makes it worth more than the exalted orb trade value.

Yeah, I did this also. I have 10 out of 60 which met glitches, the other 50 runs had the profit around 2000 ex, quite similar to the video. My class is titan's ancestor build, which is strong with bossing, medium map clearing, so it's very suitable for the chaos trial. But one thing I'm unsure is about the profit for the future. The most valuable core is the one that adds item rarity 300 ex per core(previously 430). But maybe between player is assuming that ggg will nerf the rarity in the next patch, the profit is slightly dropping right now. But it doesn't matter though, it's still fun when you can take a average boss fight per 3 runs with a cheap ticket

THIS game really did seem to be "just get lucky." you could do 4 or 5 waystones not get an exalted, and then randomly get like a greater jewelers or something. and then the next 4 maps you find an exalt or two every map. its just not consistent.
but with this, you could theoretically run as high a trial as your build can handle, and get a little bit of a consistent exalt farm going to get your build fully online before farming for the expensive stuff.
Farming Trialmaster is one of the best benefits to doing this farm. You can buy the fragments to unseal the Trialmaster door from the currency exchange for around 45 exalts and he usually drops a Mahuxotl's Machination shield which is at least 4-5 divs unidentified which makes it well worth it alone. The fight really isn't that difficult. You can also ID them to go for high rolls on increased soul core effect and sell them for a ton more, especially if you vaal them into 3 sockets which is an easy 20+ divs each, 30+ divs for a 600%+ roll. Trialmaster can also drop unique Diamond jewels, one of which was a 97% Adorned that I sold for 77 divs. I made over 130 divs from Trialmaster drops in just a few days alone, soul core profit was just a drop in the bucket in comparison. Farming the Trialmaster should be the actually reason to go for this farm, not the MF soul cores which I've only gotten 2 of in like 20 clears.

Congrats on the profit :) Also started farming this 2 days ago and did around 25 runs. The profit rate is a bit lower than yours, because your clear time is pretty good whereas mine is around 20minutes per run. I think soul core collecting maps are the most time consuming. However once you get used to the runs, it is pretty chill and can do it braindead while listening to some podcasts alongside.
Also tried including the Trialmaster at the end but it is a huge RNG, luckily got 2 shields in 4 runs but stopped afterwards.

@@yunesvinicius2943 when you do a 10 trial inscribed ultimatum, the last boss of the run will drop 1 piece of the 3 part key required to fight the trialmaster.

Trialmaster is guaranteed profit, a set costs 45 ex, the shield is 3-4 div, so you need to only drop 1 shield in 7-9 runs, and the shields are pretty common
I think the best part is, you dont need to do player trades. Just currency exchange and voila! Great vid and subscribed. Also i had some soul cores lying around, i had no idea i was sitting on so many exalts!
Its also worth noting that you can reforge 3 of the same soul core to make a new one. More gambly but you can get more rarity soulcores this way.

I was thinking more of rank as you make video, if someone finds one video and sees another method higher they prob might check that video as well(me pulling this out of thin air). Also after few different methods you can rehas the tier list again to make ranking video.

Just as long all the strats are tested on the same patch, you never know what GGG might change behind the scenes without telling anyone.
Removing the lucky 352 exalt soul cores, the total would be approx (three other cores dropping) 1900 exalt, over 60, meaning 31,6 exalt times four runs an hour for a total of 126,6 exalt / hour.
Still a very respectable, consistent and solid way to earn currency. Going to spend tomorrow doing this myself and see how long my mind holds up.

Did you account for the Mob level of the runs? Were you running 75s, 80s, a mix? You did a great job on the overall data, but you left out a glaring variable
I did like 20 of them yesterday and its almost the same 75/79/80, the mobs are a little bit more strong but you get more xp, the rewards are random
@@Bubafak the rewards rng are based on the level of the instance. so it is perfectly appropriate to think that lvl 80 ults might give the big boy soul cores a bit more often. hence my question
and a good test for this would be comparing the Item Level of the gear in the rewards choices.

3 azcapas is crazy ngl. ive run well over 100 of these over the course of the league, all area level 80, and havent seen a single azcapa.
One entire third of your revenue was from azcapas. This is not representative of average luck imo. Appreciate the time you put in though and the disclaimer at the end for unscrupulous players. It was a good watch.

As someone who has recorded data for over 200 runs, your Azcapa drop rate was way above what anyone should expect. I assure you SOME people will do 60 runs and drop none, as the soulcore only drops on the 10th round and if you are unlucky on that dice roll you can be scrub. Other than that good info, I really hope all three trialmaster fragments go down in price since they are the same drop rate, I have no idea why deadly is more expensive.

Great video! I know from D2, these types of videos are extremely well received. D2 has a fraction of the audience but there are creators like Dbrunski that have built their youtube and Twitch livelihood off of "1000 mephisto runs." No one is doing it in poe and the player-base is exponential compared to d2.
I agree. At least now I have some sort of goal to get my endgame characters better gear quicker. The nice thing about these particular farming routes is that they are somewhat consistent, which can’t be said for endgame because it’s all random.

7:56 you're not manually adjusting the ratio, and it's most apparent here. You could change the 9 div asking price to 10 and the ratio would still be below the 3.4 market ratio, meaning it would still sell instantly. That makes it worth more than the exalted orb trade value.

Yeah, I did this also. I have 10 out of 60 which met glitches, the other 50 runs had the profit around 2000 ex, quite similar to the video. My class is titan's ancestor build, which is strong with bossing, medium map clearing, so it's very suitable for the chaos trial.
But one thing I'm unsure is about the profit for the future. The most valuable core is the one that adds item rarity 300 ex per core(previously 430). But maybe between player is assuming that ggg will nerf the rarity in the next patch, the profit is slightly dropping right now.
But it doesn't matter though, it's still fun when you can take a average boss fight per 3 runs with a cheap ticket
