In the US property data maps are usually handled at the county level, so it can be very fragmented. However there is a private company called Regrid that has compiled all of the property data in the entire country into one map, and they have made the basic version of the map available online for free. It is super useful.
Still LOVE the intro song, this is epic 💛 Sorry for the delayed comment, was hanging out with some really good friends on voice :D 💛 It's very exciting for the full-blown European City Blocks to start now ^-^ I always love building them and I always love seeing them, something about this particular style is so fun, so iconic and just so nice for me 💛 And your attention to detail here is really amazing, like for example removing the satellite dishes and matches the roof's colors, super nice 👀 These Vanilla European assets are just so great for putting them together like this with MoveIt, creating interesting shapes and blocks, etc etc. For example THAT corner building is really cool ^-^ I am very happy that you're fully BACK now, missed you 💛 Really liking this road layout for the general area too ^-^ It's simple i think, but very nice, very organic, creating interesting shapes, while still allowing lots of access. As I mentioned during the premiere, i think that pedestrian path running alongside the tram tracks looks so amazing ^-^ I mean, you know I really love public transit, so obviously trams are awesome, and having this sort of detailing around them is so nice 💛 And also it's very green with the tracks themselves being on green ground and kinda surrounded by paths and trees and so on rather than tightly packed into the urban area, if you know what i mean. The ideas for the future that you are listing during the episode are very nice, very exciting ^-^ As you can guess, I would especially LOVE an archaeological build or something along those lines 😻 You know who to ask for input, if you want any :D But generally love all the ideas you are mentioning, all of them very exciting projects 💛 in regards to your thoughts about the tram connections, i think having at least two lines, connecting the University, the TGV train station, the suburbs, etc etc. Also making sure to connect the city center and especially the bigger landmarks there, like the cathedral, would probably be a great idea, i'd say. Really love the final look over the district, the additional parks & detailing really bring it all together 🌳🌲💚 Thank you so much for the video, much much appreciated as always 🙌 Looking forward to the next one 🎉 ALL the best 💛

This town is legit. The attention to the facades and rooftops makes these vanilla assets stand out beautifully
CS1 modded content will never get old! I miss it!

Thats pretty cool! Sounds like its very similsr in function to the service we have.
The town is really starting to fill out. The new terracotta area makes a nice unique addition to the city.
Great work on the district Teddy! Also so great to hear about your internship!
This guy knows what he's doing
Those are some great looking city blocks! Happy to hear the mod fixed your problem with the track speed
These vanilla european assets look so much better, more true to real life and more colourful, than the ones in the second game.
Yeah i think i prefer these too. I do like the rowhouses of the second game alot tho. Those would have been really neat to have in CS1
