I've been binge watching these videos of your recently! I generally stay away from the news and social events to focus on what I am studying, and really like the perspectives you approach these issues with!
Watching this for the first time in 2020, did a double take at 19:27 ! Great interview - hopefully one day schools will teach Mental Health + Positive Psychology as part of the curriculum from 5 - 18+ years. The school system needs a massive change

You should get someone on to talk about astral projection
You should reach out to, Pane Astral Walker Andov. Author of a 4 book series called THE AWAKENING. I met him at the Mind Body Sprit festival where we gave me a great run down on astral projection and how to use the books as a guide to do so. He lives on the Gold Coast so would be convenient for both of you if you could make it happen.
