It’s better to fold sweaters because hanging them can stretch out the shoulders, so you’re doing fine!

I love your apartment 🤩 I do like it when you explain why you're keeping/getting rid of things. I think it helps me consider reasons for keeping/getting rid of my own stuff. Just discovered your channel and this video in particular after reading 1 of the konmari books and I don't have a lot of stuff like you i.e. all my clothes can fit in a single suitcase or drawer because I'm very picky on the quality of items, the way they feel to me, growing up poor I didn't have much choice and told also what to wear so I'm still discovering my style, discovering I like the comfy but cute vibe like coquette or whatever is called but has to be comfy and the material good quality so it lasts a long one thus worth the money and what I pu into it as well if I like it and not I'll get it just because is on sale or just in case I need it for a meeting, wedding, no and it feels so freeing when you stop thinking like that and it physically clears your space so you have the things left that matter to you and will use it, and clears your heart, mind and soul and ive had this mindset since young however i was oppressed of a lot of things (this one more on a lighter note compared to what i endured) including this for being weird so im getting rid of past memories and thus items (some people can hold onto things despite their past associates with it, for me there is trauma with a lot of items so I just easily part with it) and i am enjoying the process so far 🥰 also love your voice is so soothing and calming, not to sound weird there geeweez 😂 but thanks enjoying listening to your video while I tidy and fold things and declutter around the house 😊

That was fun. I love going thru my clothes every season. I swap between closets. And also have a storage container for seasonal shoes, scarves, and purses! I’ll be filming mine too! Eventually- I’m in the south so will be in about two weeks lol!

I got inspired while watching to go through my closet, happy to report it didn't have much in it since I had a clean out last year (we had a garage sale) but I did part with a few things so thanks Alexis!! XD

At the beginning of each 6 month block. So from the start or cool weather/fall and then the start of warm weather/spring, I turn my hangers the opposite direction. As i wear things, i turn the hanger back around. Then, at the end of that 6 month span, I can see what I've worn and get rid of anything still hanging backwards. I'm getting ready to go through my clothes, as I desperately need colder weather clothes and have soo many clothes I don't wear or have just gotten worn.

Omg thank you for the Tip about the ThredUp Bags! I usually get my ThredUp bags from Madewell stores and when I use those ones I get Madewell gift card credit instead of just money back but I'm sometimes too lazy to go to a store so nice to know I can just have one sent to me instead!

I need some new clothes, but I am the worst at shopping fr them. I always second guess myself. I desperately need some sweatpants and sweaters aswell; but I never know what to get that would still look cute and put together and not frumpy lol.

New subscriber, I love cleaning and declutter videos ! But everytime I see a clothes declutter video like this, I always home someone will film while discarding in the trash any clothes that just can't be donated as it's my biggest struggle along with nicer paper clutter (magazines/catalogues or just some clothes stores junk mail). Most of the times I declutter those in a clean bag/box that I will leave in the garage forever haha that's why I always try to see people not struggling to discard theirs right away in the regular trash 😆

Great job on your organization! Based on the colors you wear and skin tone I think you should go for a chocolate brown hair color. Wait...Isn't the mesh body suit what you wore in one of your studio shots and that you use for your channel? I love that on you!!... and the Christmas dress! Bennett in the drawer so cute. Fun video. I do this every year and it takes two days and then 6 months later I end up looking for the shirt I got rid of!
