    Hey mate I thought that was really good, you could try to swing like you are holding a baseball in a baseball glove and you are trying to get a sliding runner out. Without a club you’re hand is in full flex, with a club, perfection

      Thanks, that is the new feeling that I'm trying to get, image swinging a baseball bat before hitting the ball, I think it's working, I'll check back with the hackmotion in a couple of weeks to see if I get more flexion.

    you are rolling over you wrist and club face on the backswing. So your club head is going back around your body too far ahead of your hands. Does that make sense. This will effect the swing through!

      I recently changed to a stronger grip, I'm trying to get that feeling of delofting the club and I cannot get it to flex on my downswing. I need to find the right feeling.

    you are rolling over your wrists on the backswing instead of keeping your arms as an extension of your hands

      I think you have to roll your wrists to get flexion

    What I like about this system is that it doesn't force you into one swing setup. You address the ball with more flexion than I would and if I ended with the same values, my offset numbers would be off target. What helped me in my swing was to try letting my forearms go fully limp once I began my down swing, just enough pressure to hold the club. This caused my hands to lag behind my arms, which were lagging behind my hips. This all broke my habits and took a variable away from my swing so I could focus on powering with my legs and hips vs using my arms to gain distance like I had always done. My swing suddenly took less energy, had better distance, more consistent face strikes, and I stopped consistently pushing the ball off target.

      Thanks for this, yes that is the feeling that I what to achieve in my downswing. I also noticed that the less I focus on flexing and feel more relax, I got more flexion, also having a bit of a baseball bat feeling. Thanks again for your input, I'll check my numbers in a month and see if I'm finally flexing.
