After it has dissolved, put the pot on low heat.
When it starts to boil vigorously, lower the heat.

What are the benefits of Clarified Ghee Butter?
Promotes cardiovascular health: improves the lipid profile (triglycerides, cholesterol) of the blood, benefits cognitive function, protects cardiovascular health, strengthens the nervous system and prevents many diseases.
It slows down premature aging: it has antioxidants such as selenium and vitamins A and E, capable of protecting cell membranes from the action of free radicals.
Promotes digestion: acts as a means for fat-soluble nutrients to be absorbed, stimulates agni (or digestive fire) and softens the gastric mucosa. All this makes ghee a food indicated for gastritis, reflux, heartburn or ulcer.
Reduces the risk of being overweight: helps to maintain a healthy weight and not gain weight as it is rich in butyric acid and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
Paleo, keto, lactose and casein free: it is considered an allowed fat within these types of diets.
Prevents constipation: if you take a small amount of ghee with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach, it favors the purification of the body due to its laxative effect. Lubricates the digestive tract and stimulates the release of bile, promoting intestinal transit and liver detoxification.
Prevents the formation of tumors: thanks to the type of oils it has, it is considered an antitumor agent.
Strengthens bones: its contribution in vitamin K2 is essential to improve bone health and for blood clotting.
Improves eye health: due to its high content of vitamin A, it helps to keep sight in good condition and protects the mucous membranes of the skin.
Fights Inflammation and Controls Type 2 Diabetes - Containing butyric acid, it helps maintain healthy insulin levels and provides relief for some with Crohn's disease. In the same way, this fatty acid is key to recovering intestines with permeability problems.
Provides greater clarity to the voice: if consumed orally. It has also been useful to combat insomnia, impotence and frigidity.
Relieves skin rashes: Used as a topical remedy for eczema, burns and wounds.
