Is Cuphead still a GOOD game?

King dice is hell untill you figure out how to control the dice. After that it is fun and fair. My method is starting to parry when the next number shows up.
I want number 2, the next is number 3, jump when number 3 shows up and while the time you are parrying it will be number 2 again.

1. Snes and even aracade games couldn't show such detailed drawings and so many inbeetweens. Even the switch struggled to have a cuphead port in 2017.
2. Cuphead was inspired by many classic game, at the time it would had been viewed as childish contra parody, bc contra was still a thing
3. 2d animation peaked at the 90s in the USA, at the time hand drawn animation in a games were as impressive as seeing Johnny Depp in the next Carib sequal.
Few years after Ariel watching a mermaid in the 30s style would be waaay less effective as it was 2017 when the last animated movie was Winnie the pooh and it was obvious that 2d were dying.
4. In the 2nd half of the 90s the industry moved forward 3d.
Cuphead couldn't hold a candle next super mario 64, Crash and MGS

The charge shot is not weak (idk if you know this but this shot has to be hold for you to charge a bigger shot than to just spam it) and its actually one of the best weapons in the gamr For some bosses
