It has more solid and enjoyable gameplay than the prequel (no more stiff controls, long passwords and the shit to pay a fee to revive your allies). A real love-letter from Konami to their fans, when the company has various distintic IP's.

初代のワイワイワールドが優秀すぎてそれを超えられなかった感じの２だったね、ファミコンジャンプとかもそうだけど
BGMもコミカルにアレンジされているせいで月風魔伝とか悪魔城とか魂斗羅のコレジャナイ感が凄い
クォースやツインビーの曲はよかったところもあるけどね
せっかく名曲ぞろいなのに、本編がヌル過ぎてクソゲー(だと思う)な可哀想なゲーム。
ワールド５のパズルだけ遊べるモードとか、エンディング後にステージセレクトできるパスワードがあればよかったのに…
