Please everyone do their own research! Tinting the rear/sides are perfectly fine. Tesla warns against tinting the roof as it is prone to damages please read owners manual before spreading false information.
Nothing false. No cracking no problems.
@@EverydayChris Not knocking the tint/wrap I love it! Iv wanted to get mine done for a long time! But Tesla has told me it isn’t safe so I have stayed away from it. I have 0% on my sides and it doesn’t look it due to the amount of sunlight from roof.
@@EverydayChris Also it is “false” as it is advised against by the car manufacturer lol that would definitely make that false. Just because it has not happened in your instant does not make it correct.
No worries! To eachs own!
@@EverydayChris Still a beautiful car :)
That tint looks illegal in california
Good eye! Any tint in front windows is illegal.
It’s only illegal if you’re caught. So, it’s ok in my book. Hahaha.
5% is legal in Cali!!!??? Wow
The police need to see you are not pointing a gun at them. Be safe and take it off.
lol “not only can you get skin cancer” 😂😂😂 I’m going after Tesla if I get it.
Zero
You really think that Tesla owners will try and tint their car on their own? They can’t even change a tire. That’s why they get a Tesla, cuz they have zero mechanical skills or understanding. Lol sorry. It’s the truth though
Hi Chris,
Great content as usual. Did the shop have an option of Crystalline tint? That has higher heat rejection than ceramic and is a non metallic tint so its supposed to have better visibility
They only do the xpel prime xr! Those are non metallic as well but crystalline is good too
