Just to let you know when I am watching your videos, I don't breath. I can't believe what my eyes were seeing. You are my hero. I found you yesterday. Since then I don't even do my work. I am hook to your channel Seriously.. Thank you for being such a great inspiration. You are one of a kind.
Lady you are so talented. Mad skills. Love the look of that wing back. Wing backs are so comfortable & practical for those of us have a hard time getting out & up for lower furniture. Every home should have at least one wing back chair.
I loved the blue chair and the matching fabric. It turned out beautiful. However, I’m not a fan so much of that gold ribbon. That cheapened it just a bit for me. Everything else was spot on! Good job 💜
True... looks good but for a chair that will be used quite a bit. I would use a stronger kind of glue. I would skip the gold too. I would keep the legs black and skip the ribbon. But she is amazing and it's her chair and her taste
Miss Williams, I got excited. I have four dining chair from a hotel that are in great condition, WOW , I can't wait to redo them. This woman is awesome.
You have to understand how the chair is made. She is stapling and gluing to nothing but fabric and padding. This will come apart immediately when used. Get a professional to strip it down and do it right or you may as well just throw it out.
PROFESSIONAL!!! I love the Gold and Royal blue you're using in your home!! I would have spent good money for this in any of the big box stores!!! AMAZING Job 👏👏👏👏
Even though I watch your channel all the time. This is the first time I've seen this transformation. And I'm so glad that TH-cam recommended this video, as I've been on the search to transform my Wingback chairs without sewing. I knew I would need a staple gun, but wasn't sure how would approach the chair. Thank you again for sharing this beautiful transformation.
What a wonderful way to save a piece of furniture that has strong bones! And it's beautiful! It encourages those of us to see how we can cover furniture without being an expert and it still looks professionally done. LOVE IT!!
☺️ I’m glad you like the process and the way it turned out. Some old furnitures are really strong and it is sometimes better to give them a makeover than throwing them away 😊💕💕💕
If your heart is as creative as your craft, your family can only be but amazed as to how you face life's little curve balls. My hat's off to you lady!!!
Hello. A royal chair. I love this color "royal blue" . Until then I didn't think that a mixture of plain and printed fabrics could give such a beautiful result. The mixture with the gold color is simply divine. Another great success, a very, very good success. congratulations. Gabriel (France).
Beautiful and you make these large pieces makeovers so easy! I especially love the blue cushion. Both are beautiful and again so versatile! Ty for sharing! 😍
very beautiful, and fairly easy. I would worry about the glue coming undone but if you dont use the chair much, I am sure it would be fine. looking forward to seeing more of your diy
STUNNING & ELEGANT❣❣❣Could you show how you attached the canvas with the staple gun & added the foam & batting with a lil more detailed instructions. BRAVO BELLISSIMA💖💖💖😍😍😍
those chairs are just beautiful! When you added gold it really made it gorgeous! Such a finished expensive look. If I saw this in a store is think it was very expensive. You're good.
You make it look effortless. True talent to take nothing and turn it into gold, like very few I've seen. Thanks for the inspiration from Baltimore, MD 😉
I was so glad to get my notification from her for this project because blue is my favorite color. So far, I love the projects she's done from most of the videos I've seen. She has so many, it's hard to watch all of them.
Everything you touch turns into magic. i would love to see if you would combine paper masche in some of your projects. You can amasing things with it. I love all the wonderful things you make. Love from South Africa.
Looks amazing but I'm struggling with the thought that all this effort and time put in its held up by blue and staples, one sit and the entire chair would come apart im cringing cause this is beautiful, would be cool to see follow up videos after a year or so for your projects
I absolutely agree. Could have even run some simple stitches stitches with needle 🪡 and 🧵. No sewing machine needed. I would have opted for that as opposed to glue.
Oh wowsers!!! I have not enough fabulous words for this amazing DIY! Girl you are so blessed!! Your new home is going to look so high end expensive yet we all know you did this yourself with such Marvelous creativity. Your mind must never stop lol does it keep you awake at night?? Wow I have 2 chairs just like that and I was going to get them a new faceless it was going to cost me $1200. I wish I had the talent like you to change my chairs to cream. Beautiful job

I literally bought a antique chair for $10 it’s in really good shape but I want to remix it but in an easy way. You make it look so easy I’m definitely going to do it the way you did 😅
You are my hero. With funds being tight, we all should be thinking about repurposing what we already, and hold on to our money all long as we can. When the thrift store reopens, I'll be the first one in line. You are so creative and everything you do looks so professional as if it was like that in the beginning. Thanks for sharing. Be blessed.
My favorite part of this conversion is the 2nd one when you put the pattern cover on the seat cushion as well. As I watched you put this together I wondered how will it turn out, and of course in true style to you, it came out perfect. Keep up the great work. You have great style. ~Smile!
Thanks for doing this video. I am getting chairs that need to be reupholstered. This video gives me courage although I am curious about why you covered the previous fabric instead of replacing it. Anyway thanks again
You can take the most inexpensive pieces and make them look expensive and stylish. I've always believed you do not have to spend a lot of money making a home look fabulous according to your own tastes. I was just watching something on t.v. the other day when I saw a very expensive home with furniture and said " I wonder how much money was spent on those furnishings?" It's ridiculous to spend a lot of money on furnishings when you can make something of your own for less. Looking forward to your next beautiful project. You don't disappoint.
I agree that sometimes, it is way cheaper to make them yourself because most of the time, the high price can be because of the time and effort put into making that furniture or the brand name on it 😏😅💕💕💕
My dad use to own an Upholstery shop, you did a good job. I’m not to sure about the glue, but you definitely have the technique down pack. You Go Girl!!! 🤗
I happen to have the same exact chair. Mine is a recliner tho. I can't stand the color and the fact that it doesn't math with the couch. It was a gift. I've been considering donating it. As much as I would love to transform it into something beautiful, I can't due to my having arthritis in both hands. But yours turned out beautifull. 👍👏

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for…a diy for upholstering over fabric. This looks amazing

I have this same chair & it definitely needs updating. I was planning on having it professionally done but I think I'll try your ideas!! Thank you!!

I was thinking the same thing
Omg it holds up so well, I use it when I upholster sometimes
Wow! So beautiful!
Thank you, it’s given me a good idea for my wingback chair. I am delighted that there wasn’t any sewing involved.

I think the different fabric adds an awesome touch!!
Good effort??... Honey, she did a Great Job!
Let's see your chair yea 😏
Absolutely stunning! Love!
I've transformed several wingback chairs. Instead of reupholstering them, I painted the fabric.
Please explain how you did your DIY, that would be nice😊
Never seen a chair upholstered like this.
Because this is not how things are done.
Oh my, that is absolutely gorgeous. I love the colors. That just gave me an idea with the colors of a fabric with rose gold and gardenia in it.

Wow!! Gorgeous. . Girl you have been blessed with a talent.
Great job. I really like blue and silver/gold combinations.
How is hot glue holding up to the everyday use on the chair? It looks great.
It looks beautiful...but that glue is not going to hold up. Guess they are just to look at.
She might have gone back with the staple gun
Debbee What abt gorilla glue?
I made chairs for my wedding with hot glue a year ago and there still standing
WHAT CAN YOU #NOTDIY!!!!🏆💃🙏🙌😎💰💣📏🏆
Thanks for this video I just thrifted a char exactly like this one but was having trouble on how to fix it up with fabric
How did you cover the seating cushion? Hot glue or the staple gun? So beautiful!!💕💕💕
My thoughts exactly????
I'm so obsessed with these type of things
Love this but how did the glue hold up on the ribbon and everything when the chair was set on???
They turned out nice but I wouldn't feel comfortable sitting on them something might pop off
Hot glue just doesn't seem strong enough 🤷🏾♀️
That chair is fit for a Queen...meaning you!! So beautiful.
lol you too kind, this chair is fit for all my dear, including you 😘😇😀🤗.
Amazing. Where did you learned all this? Beautiful.
Both chairs are gorgeous. I love the solid blue for the living room area and the floral print for the bedroom as that is the color of my bedroom.

Hi
Can you show how you put the canvas . More detailed

That blue chair is amazing!!!
Since so much of the fabric is secured only with glue doesn't it pull apart when you sit on it?
Fabric glue guns are very tough. Not possible to come off if spookier generously.
