Curd - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1 ts
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Onion - 3/4 cup
Gram flour (Besan) - 1.5 tbsp
Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/5 cup
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
