Some people!! Its partly why I dont shoot the iconics ...you get people who just have no idea. She was angry!! and she wanted the wreck someone else's experience. I have hiked cradle mountain and had an amazing experience. Framing is so expensive. I'm into recycling frames now . Finding frames in good condition and then cleaning glass. I bought a new framing staple gun. Sanding out scratches if need be. For my customers, I get everything professionally framed and that pushes the price up but that's okay. I'm quite happy to wear that. The other thing that I really like is metal prints. I think they look really classy. I probably sell three framed photos a month at the moment. It's going really well and all of them are professionally framed and it does cost a bit but I'm able to convince the customer that that is the way to go. I always ask where they're going to place the image if the image is gonna be in a lighter area with lots of sunlight coming in definitely go with the UV but if it's in a hallway hallway where there's no direct sunlight I just go with standard glass. What do you guys think about metal prints and acrylic prints?... I really wish we had an MPB Ted's cameras do some trade-ins but I'm not dealing with them ever again after trying to obtain a Fuji GFX lens that they took my money and then sold to someone else...WTF

Yes good quality framing makes a world of difference to your works presentation . I use to professionally frame all my work back in the days when my financial fortnight was triple what it is today on a $1200 pension but yes if you want the high prices for your work you must professionally frame . A man at previous Lions Club run Exhibition told me when I took my work in that my prices were way below the value of the images and I said no I'm comfortable with those prices because they were only in $100 spotlight frames . Next year I will be more prepared and do it properly professionally.
