    Ingredient today is...
    Tau fu 4x, 2 stalk of leek, 2 stalk of chili, 6 cloves of garlic, cup of corn flour. Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce 2 table spoon, Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce.
    Cut the leek in to part, white and green. White cut to slice, green cut into large dice. Garlic and chili cut to slice .
    Tau fu dried up and ready to pen fried it untill brown. Crispy on the skin but soft inside. Then cut into 4 pieces. Remember to apply the corn flour on the tau fu before put into hot wok.
    Stir fried the garlic, turn brown. Then add in the leek , white part. Then add in the chili. Once the fragrance bloom, add in the fried tau fu in. Now is the time for Lee Kum Kee sauces. Add in 2 table spoon of Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce. And follow up with 1 table spoon of Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce.. cover it for 3 to 5 mins and is ready to serve
