If I open Business/Trust United States LLC Company Account at Interactive Broker how much tax will be charged on its dividends? Stock like Coca cola Apple Microsoft Company etc 15 % 30% Now i am from pakistan If i open LLC IN UNITED STATES
If you open a Business/Trust United States LLC and hold U.S. stocks in the company account, the U.S. typically withholds 30% on dividends for foreign entities. However, tax treaties between the U.S. and other countries might reduce this rate. As far as i know, Pakistan and the U.S. do not have a tax treaty.
