ESO PVP ONE BAR ARCANIST, INSULT TO INJURY, FULL BUILD AT THE END

Hello,
Here is a new build, probably a lot like it, but this one is mine. The point of this build is to reduce healing and resistance. Colorlorless pool and the flail make your target take more damage. Cyrodiil's Ward and Jarell Mountainchief and Stinging Slashes and rending slashes and disease weapon enchant all reduce health and healing...a lot, like a lot a lot. The rest of the items are standard to get the most out of the one bar build. I might add a second disease enchant or change off hand weapon to disease and charged to make sure I have enough up time on the minor defile. This is a fun build and feels pretty good, see you in BGs!
