The fact that I knew about Rooster Teeth from when I was 7 and barely playing video games up until now makes me feel like I grew up with Rooster Teeth. To me, you were my Sunday morning cartoons. Now I'm close to graduating High School and there have been some horrible things that I went through during that 10 year gap. I haven't been the most crazy fan, but your stuff has gotten me though many hardships. Keep doing what you're doing, because even if it feels like you're just making useless entertainment, for someone like me, it's more than that. For me it was therapy.
Captain Kirbs i know how it feels, Im still just a freshman but RT have been in my life forever and i don't remember a time i haven't been a fan, they are the best things i have ever known and they are the people i go to when i need to laugh and just enjoy my time. id love to work with them or even just do an internship and do what they do and make people laugh and enjoy life.
I'm going into high school now and honestly I've only been here since grade 4 so I've been her for over 4 years and honestly my life wouldn't be the same without it. In grade 6 I got an iPod and everyday I came home and went on TH-cam wondering if roosterteeth or let's play posted a video and for that ten minutes or more i was free. Thank you roosterteeth for making my life amazing!!!
I'm only in 8th grade and I've watched Rooster Teeth since I was 7. It is my only foreseeable dream job at the moment, but I know that it will always stay at the top of my list of dream jobs. I've never wanted to do anything else but work at RT. I really hope I get there one day.

Funny how we all show up on videos like this. I’ve been re-listening to the original RT podcasts and it makes me laugh harder than pretty much anything on this planet. They all had such a sense of discovery and a true heart for comedy. Nowadays it’s all so manufactured I can’t force myself to watch their videos.
I'm with ya'll so hard, and as of today its really gone for good. I had been tuned out for a while but it still hits like a ton of bricks. If you weren't there you could never understand just how special this was.

I'm 20 in a month and its only recently dawned on me that I'm technically an "adult" and that people are old enough to be able to look up to me as a role-model rather than an "older brother" or something like that. Watching this now, 7 years later, after all the f*ed up stuff thats happened in 2020, I remember why I fell in love with this group. A bunch of hard-working individuals who just wanted to entertain the internet. Twenty-seven years on (literally INSANE to think about) I couldn't think of a better group of people to which I would have wanted to grow up with. I've loved you all since I began watching your content, and even when if I ever feel too old for it, I will continue to be an RT First member, because I love what you have created, propagated and let flourish over the years. Forevermore let your legacy reign
Agree with you but they don't since they erased about 40% of their history from existance this year. That tells you consumers and viewers aren't who dictate anything but AT&T/Warner. Too bad they didn't buy themselves out of to be independent in 2018 when Warner bought Otter who owned Fullscreen.

I have been watching your content since I was 10 years old and now I'm a freshman in college. I listen to all of your podcasts and watch all that achievement hunter has to offer. My dream is to enjoy life and laugh as much as you guys do. My father passed away this weekend form a sudden heart attack and I can not express how rooster teeth has helped me through this hard time in my life. You guys make me laugh and feel like there is always something to smile about even in the worst of times. I really just want you guys to know how much i appreciate what you do. I really hope you take the short amount of time to read this and realize how much some people need you to just keep doing what your doing.

***** Well that comes with RTX. They are really down to earth with their fans. They allow you to take pictures with them and ask them questions when they are not at the booth or doing a panel. I know I will never work there, but talking to them at RTX is good enough for me.
***** I live in Austin but have never gone to RTX and my house is only 10 min away from where they hold it :(

I didn't have many friends in highschool. My senior year i ate lunch alone. And yet honestly I can't think of one time I was sad or depressed about it because I spent all my time watching roosterteeth. This may sound sad but they, in a way, were my friends. I've found real ones later in life but roosterteeth will always hold a place in my heart.
This...is heartbreaking...watching this after everything that has just happened.

This makes me sad that I was too young to see it really start out. I only discovered Rooster Teeth recently. I've been a huge fan since I started watching their stuff, and I love where they've gotten, but I kind of wish I'd have had the chance to see them in the beginning.

Funnily enough, I'm a huge fan of Rooster Teeth and adore the escape from everyday life they provide, but I feel a little weird in that I've only ever seen about 3 episodes of RvB, and never really liked it that much, I guess the scope of Rooster Teeth is just so much bigger than just RvB. I think they're actually selling themselves short by attributing their success so much on RvB, that was what got them big, but they are so much more than that, they're the heads of an unbelievable community that is so hugely inclusive and broad. That's what I think they should be most proud of :)
i feel you, i never actually found red vs blue as entertaining, but the lets plays, and everything else just hit home to me.
It may not be their most prominent release now, but it did kick start the whole company and none of this would exist without it
To be fair, whether or not anyone liked or disliked RvB, the amount of influence it has had on the internet and comedy in general will forever cement RoosterTeeth as something that will never die.
Bennyg0rd0 I'm sorry, but it definetely will die eventually. IT's a company based on internet trends, the most fickle market around. It might take a while, but I would have thought it would happen before Burnie passes on leadership, for instance.
RvB, RWBY and a myriad of other shows that Roosterteeth are comedies. The company is a company that produces comedy through the internet. Certain, special comedies can definitely be considered timeless

It’s sad not seeing most of the core Roosterteeth people in content anymore. I understand that’s the nature of the business, and I’m happy they’ve grown to have this kind of success, but it’s certainly not the same kind of atmosphere

Never will we see new shorts, or the fabulous Ten Little Roosters and the totally brilliant crossover in Season 14 Episode 24 where the old vanguard of Burnie and the guys bringing laughter and fun into our lives. I know things have to change and life goes on. But dammit, i wanted to grow old with them and continue to watch Red v's Blue until my last breath.
Wild that now it's all over 😢 I can't thank everyone enough for what they've done and how this has impacted my life. I'll never forget these 21 amazing years of content.

I couldn't resist not clicking this "watch this again" video. Thanks TH-cam. ~ I was just a kid (god, I think I was 9 years old!) when I found Rooster Teeth. I remember it was the summer of 2004. School was let out and that meant my brother and I could visit our cousins and play Halo all day. Scouring the internet, we happened across the second season of Red vs Blue. It was the end of the season. We finished it up, and, while my brother wasn't impressed, I thought it was pretty great. So I went back to season one and watched it, and continue to watch it, and it's just so great to have been a part of this community for so long, and to watch this company grow the way it has. Here's to many more years.

I hope to meet all of these people, and am saving up to go to RTX next year. This success couldn't have happened to more genuinely wonderful and good people. +Daniel Terrazas I must have been about 7 when Roosterteeth started, although I first watched Red vs Blue by chance about a year after that or so. I was a kid, I wasn't that savvy with the Internet and didn't know how to find old videos, so I kind of just lost it, but playing Halo 1 I would always remember these videos.
And then I found them again in 2007, made an account on the Roosterteeth Website, but didn't really use it. Developed a much closer love for Halo around 2009, and that sparked my interest in Roosterteeth again. I've been glued to them since, and I'm glad I spent the last 7 years watching their content.
Like Daniel, I want to go to RTX, but I don't imagine it will happen for some time because I lack the funds... I'm pretty upset about that, especially since I know a few people who've been or have met members of Roosterteeth.
Also people don't joke about the 20 year retrospective... all our favourite people being so old, that's a scary thought.
It wasn't just a good time.

Be it the times RvB has saved me from going to darker places, or hanging out with my friends and watching RvB, making new ones i can call my chosen family, or RTX 2013 and shaking hands with Burnie Burns for the first time...It's been amazing, i don't know how else to describe it XD

Kory Davis "Bolt" is a song by Trocadero (last song in the 10 year retrospective video), and it perfectly encapsulates my experience with the last...well now 11 years of Rooster Teeth. So now every time i hear it i'm reminded of all the amazing experiences i had because of Rooster Teeth, Red vs Blue, RTX, etc.
It's trully amazing how 5 great friends could pull together and create a company devoted to makeing joy into others lives and creating many friendships to cherish throughout your lives. i only wish i could live my life doing the things i love best and enjoying my job the way you guys do. I have grew up with rooster teeth and I can remember the first episode of RvB like it was yesturday. cheers to you all!

This is the job, life, lots of people could only dream of. Waking up everyday knowing you are going to spend all day with your friends/family for the rest of your life. And that nearly everyday will be filled with fun and laughter.

The fact that they're willing to share so much of their amazing lives with us, with people they don't even know, so they can show us that having fun is the most important thing in life moves me to tears - everyone at roosterteeth is so inspiring and so incredible just by being themselves

I remember watching the first Red vs. Blue Episode when it was uploaded. Being able to look back at all of Rooster Teeth's content that they released in the past 10 years absolutely amazes me to see how much work and effort they put in to entertain us. Rooster Teeth by far is the only thing i ever really watch now because what they have become not only as a company but to just see them laugh, hurt themselves and soo much other things makes me happy. I wanna thank Rooster Teeth for all they have done. (: I love you!
Bigger, is not always better. I think they peaked around 2014-2015 and just took on too many people and projects. Everything got diluted, and you could tell the enjoyment from the main stars wasn't the same as in the old days.
I only started watching Rooster Teeth about half a year ago, its been the funniest channel in my sub box since then. I'd love to have been a sub since at least 2009, it look's like they've been through a hell of a journey, and i would have liked to have seen it.
If you really want to get a feeling of how they operated back then, I would suggest listening to all the old podcasts if you haven't already. They give some great insight and they also tell some of the most hilarious stories.

Holy crap, I'm not a big follower past Achievement Hunter because I never really related to the other parts of Rooster Teeth, but just finding out Monty passed away was shocking and disheartening, I've seen him in a few videos and knew what he did, but I never really saw what he did. Although I didn't know him, nor was I an avid follower of him it greatly saddens me to see someone so young pass away.
Rest in peace Monty Oum, 1981-2015. My condolences to all the friends of Monty.

Ah man, I remember seeing you guys at my second or third comic-con. I was about 14 at the time, you guys had 3 seasons of RvB and a crazy small booth at the con. I was stoked to meet you guys, you signed a mousepad for me and wrote some pretty funny stuff for a 14 year old to read. Stupidly, I decided to use the mousepad and rubbed off most of the signatures.
Anyway, I hadn't watched much after the third season, at least not until recently.
I got a random suggestion to watch Red vs Blue on youtube, so I went to the site and began my 24hr non-stop Red vs. Blue marathon. The nostalgia from the first 3 seasons was amazing. All of the sudden, the story starts to get a little twisted, especially for all seasons in one sitting. Anyway, I got to the 7th (maybe 8th?) season and started thinking to myself "wait a second.. how did they do this in halo?". I saw some green-screen type effects and figured some of it out and thought "wow, that was pretty clever". Then, out of nowhere, crazy CGI fight scenes. My mind was blown. I just finished season 11 and I'm excited for season 12.
I hope you guys don't end the series anytime soon, people only need to do that when the series is overly serious. What's so great about RvB (at least to me) is that is walks that line between serious and funny, and it walks it brilliantly. Great storyline, fantastic humor, and lovable personalities.

Its weird to think about all those little moments in life that changed me forever. Moments that, if they didnt happen, i would have been a totally different guy. This video reminded me alot of those moments within my own life, so thanks for that. Its things like this that make me believe that everything happens for a reason.
In this world we are all destined to do great things. The RT crew, in their case it is doing the job they love so much. Now we may dream of joining them because they look like a great group (which by the way they most likely are) but its not that they look like great people to work with its the way they work. We may not get the chance to join them but we can still follow the guidelines that they set down to have just as much fun as them. We just need an idea. With that idea we can grab some friends and go from there. As I said we are all destined for great things, we just need to find it.

Guess we can remember the good times
This right here and may be a few years after really was when Rooster Teeth really came to close from where it came from. The passion, friendship and fun was so prominent during this time and this is the environment that attracted me to this channel. I will never forget this company and entertaining me for these old years but I like to remember the company ending here.
Watched a TH-cam video about how far a company has came in the space of a decade. Many feels, emotions, makes ya wanna cry of happiness for them, as well as wish you had a job/life like that...

Makes you think people go through all the trouble to be a little bitch on purpose. Say that crap on some other video, not on one like this. It's happy video, not a negative one... Or don't say it at all.
