I have the atomic bomb book and I hardly read it but I’m starting to read it often, only have 122 pages left but honestly don’t waste time with self help if it’s not “fixing” anything but wasting time/money. I also agree it’s better to meet people irl than to listen to someone online that’s trying to sell you on there bs….its a common problem with the fitness industry everyone recycles the same thing.
