I used 3D ONE on my '95 Civic a few years ago, and was thoroughly impressed with it. Saved me a great deal of hassle and IMO the results were fantastic.
Thanks for the feature, Pan! Just a heads-up - we also have an actual ceramic AIO Nano Surface Primer that we added to our line not long after launching NSPs. It's called NSP Z1 and it uses a blend of different abrasive sizes along with a modified version of the nanogel that actually applies a ceramic coating as opposed to merely laying down the matrix of anchor points.
I flip cars but one of my hobbies and passion is car detailing. I’ve learned a huge chunk of my knowledge from Pan and a big thank you to this man right here giving us free game. ❤❤❤

The Turtle Wax Precision Platelet was incredible for newer vehicle prep for ceramic coatings. I wanted to use it for everything, but learned early enough that for rougher projects I needed to step up and use the menzerna products, but for paint enhancement I loved the turtle!
3D One is the one-step I use in my business. Everytime after polishing I'm surprised by how a one-step product can be so effective in removing scratches and leave a very nice finish. In combination with a medium foam pad or a mircofiber pad, depending on the type of paint, it's always a succes.
Started using 3D one last summer for paint enhancements, saves time and gets great results. Great for use especially on daily driven vehicles that customers want to revive the gloss on their paint.
I've had a pleasant experience with Essence Plus on single stage cars. I used it on a solid black single-stage Porsche 964 and it worked great. It finishes out just like essence but with a bit more durability and protection than regular essence and much more than most waxes. Just don't forget to clean and change out your pads more frequently with single stage paint to get the most out of the products you're using (but I'm sure you know that)!
@@sonofagun5305 same here. I once tried their best in show spray wax and it didn't do anything for me. It didn't provide much protection and it didn't wow me at all as regular car waxes from an auto parts store or Walmart would be better than the Griot's diarrhea in the bottle spray wax. I sure hope they changed their formula from the time I tried it in 2011
Ive been using essence for like the past 3 years and always happy with the results. Works on both hard Mercedes paint and super soft and sticky Honda paint. Same thing wtih Uno Protect too.
I used the Turtle wax on my own personal car and I did my brothers black Civic and it did better than I thought, and I used the Rupese yellow pad, with a Grios Garage polisher. The car had a bunch of swirl marks when it was purchased and I can say only after a few passes (I didn't want to do too many on Honda's older paint) I got rid of maybe 75% of them. I just ordered the CarPro because I have been seeing great results from others and figured I would give it a try.
I just finished a massive detail on my ‘21 Hyundai sonata N (fairly soft paint) with carpro essence, a scholl purple intermediate pad and a 21mm DA polisher. I was over the moon with the cut level and the great finish on soft paint. The wipe off and complete lack of dust is an absolute dream too. Because I couldn’t help myself I went back over the whole car with an 8mm DA and a very soft scholl yellow pad to jewel the surface again with essence. Looks fantastic and I will be applying NV Nova Evo over the top now that it’s primed for a coating. I also polisher the door jambs and now this is protected by essence which is great. For some spot areas that needed some extra cut I used Scholl S20 black which gives great cut for me on soft paint with the Scholl blue pad on a 21mm DA polisher. Just left a bit of haze which essence instantly cleans up. I’ve used S20 on medium/harder paints and had great results with it as a one step cut and finish. It does dust quite a bit though, although perhaps I’m just a bit spoiled on how easy essence is to wipe up. Enjoying this series. Can’t wait for the pad video. I’ve been enjoying experimenting with different pads and liquids so keen to hear what you have liked.
you see what you did right there! it's amazing because of the way you explained it, you clarified it, and taught for people like me who was slightly confused about the use of these products. Thank you so much!!!! you rock! pan
Thanks man! I appreciate the feedback. I work hard to produce my videos, so it's nice to see those efforts don't go unnoticed. And I think detailing should be accessible to everyone, so I try and spread the knowledge to my viewers so everyone can understand and bring their detailing game to the next level. :)
I've been using 3D One for the past few years now and it is my go-to polish. Combined with the URO-Fiber pads, the end result is outstanding every time! as if my ride just got out of the showroom!
Hi Pam, my wife has a brand new white Escalade and I want to polish it. I’ve been out of the polishing game for a long time. Can you recommend what size polisher, and what pad and also a polish to just give it its first polish. The car has never been waxed, and there’s no ceramic coat. Thanks for all the content!!!
Oh yes the 3d hybrid my favourite polish and I haven't used any other nor do I need to. Very satisfied with it. Truly you don't have to finish off with a refined pad but I always love to.. Great product.
Hi Pan, I just got DIY Detail gold standard and it works great. Yvan said to increase or decrease your cut just change the pad. Similar to how you described the Turtle Hybrid compound. Thank you again for all that you do.
I have used the 3D One on a couple of cars and very leased with it. In my experience on a 2014 Mazda and 2005 Tacoma, I probably could have gone with a more aggressive compound, or perhaps cleaned my pads more often. I worried before I used the product it would be too much correction, but found in my case it is pretty gentle. So I was glad to have chosen that based on Pans reviews. I have a 2016 Subaru mostly garaged that I will use the 3D One on as I am confident not to much paint correction occurs. Can’t wait for the pad vid too. Thanks Pan you’re the man.
use 3D One 500/400 and Carpro Cut / Polish line. Depends on what I'm doing on said car (I.E> Full Coating or just a basic less than 12-18 month spray coating). Both lines have always done amazing for me Soft/Mild/Hard clears.

The DYI it didn't carry any cutting properties did it . Great video looking for a good single step minor cutting with exceptional shine. Thanks for your wonderful video.
I don't understand your question. The DIY Detail Gold Standard polish can be used as a compound if paired with a cutting pad, or as a polish if paires with a polishing pad. Its beauty lies in its versatility.
Fantastic video, Pan! Remember, with the NSPs the metric to look at is Cost per Service. One will find that the $$ spent to correct will be on par with, or better than the other fine products you featured because you only need about 1 ounce (30 ml) of a Nano Surface Primer for a 1-step correction. Thanks again!
Great Video. I am an enthusiast and I have tried 3 of these: 3D One, DIY Detail Gold Standard, Turtle Wax One & Done. I am certainly not a pro but liked all three with DIY Detail being my favourite. Cheers

I used 3D One on my Challenger last year that the dealership kept running through automated washes before I bought it and the car looked like one giant spider web. It was my first time doing paint correction and 3D ONE was really easy to use with the orange Lake Country pads. Finished with the white pads and Sonax finishing polish and the paint had no more scratches. I am about to do the same on my new silverado and wifes bmw i4 and ceramic coat with gyeon of gtechniq soon
I usually stick to just one steps with orange LC pads. I'm curious as to how much difference you actually saw by doing a second step with the white pad (vs just the one step with 3D)? Did it really make a noticeable improvement?
@@KingRockets to be honest not much of a difference. Current cars I am just going to go with one step and coat. The second step added some gloss but the paint for a new car was terrible. Both my current cars I was very specific that the dealer not wash them since they just use automated washers
Thanks, Pan! I've been wanting to get the Rupes Advanced. Any experience with Griots Garage ceramic all in one wax? I got a bottle free with an order and have been eyeing it my cabinet. I have some of your recommended pure compounds and polishes and love them, but having kids have made me start choosing faster methods with fewer steps.
Huge fan of this series! Its nice to see the Manufacturers chime in as well in the comments. I own a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse w/228,000 miles silver in color. It has had paint work done to most of the car. Not sure how hard or soft the clear is. I followed your recommendations with the 3D ONE paired up with buff and shine microfiber pad. Just that alone was a night and day difference. I then followed it up with Carpro essence paired up with their white gloss pad. I kick myself for not coating it after. The car came out better then its ever been. The body shop saw the car 10 years later and he liked how good of a job he did and its still holding up. I then broke it to him that I put in the effort to get it that way lol. I now have 2 coatings to choose from. Glass Parency or Cerakote. Since your last video I think I'm going to wait until Cerakote gets their curing time formula figured out before I have to do the job twice. The Glass Parency I've had unopened in my house for 2 years. Do you think its still save to use?
Most coatings are good for one year if unopened and kept in stable conditions. 1-3 months at best once opened. But you can try contacting GlassParency and ask them for their specific coating. And yes I would wait until the new version of Cerakote is released if you plan on applying that. If they get the curing right the product will be amazing as they promised.
Finally got a response back from Glass Parency on the shelf life of the coating. So here you are: Thank you for reaching out about your unopened bottle of Graphene. Since the bottle has not been opened and if it has been kept in a cool dry place away from sunlight, you should be able to use it. If you do not see any crystallization and there is no hardened bits, I would say it is good to use. You do not want to damage the painted surface with the coating if it has already hardened. Once it is opened it can depend. I would say no longer than 6 months.
Pan, I painted a 29 Ford Model A with Tamco single stage paint. Had some dirt nibs and orange peel. So I wet sanded with Mirka autonet up to 2000 grit. Then polished with DiyDetail Gold Standard. I used their short pile wool pad and then their yellow foam pad. So far I have excellent results. They also have red foam pad they say to use with a rotary to finish it. I have not used the red pad yet. Thank you for your wonderful videos. Many of us trust your recommendations. Stay warm! It has been-5 degrees Fahrenheit here In Oklahoma! Don’t like that stuff. Tom
3D One has been my go to for years now, I just love the long work time, but will be trying out NSP45 real soon as I coat my 2 daughters vehicles real soon.
Hi kind sir. I just bought a super cheap rotary And I'll work with a Mitsubishi so very soft paint too (shes a 2year old, i wash her every 2 weeks) Im thinking of using one n done or uno protect And also I'll buy a local branded foam pad (not as good as rupes pad i suppose) Theres a Heavt cut(purple)- medium cut (yellow) - Polishing (orange) - finish (black) For using one n done would you suggest like a 2 step yellow -> orange or orange ->black? Im planning to polish the car every 4-6monts tho Thank you so much
Hehe thanks Adam! I am so passionate about this and have a huge capacity to stock information and that helps I guess to produce quality content for you all. Almost 8 years on TH-cam, and I still am only at the tip of the iceberg of everything I want to share with my viewers hehe.
I have used a few of the products in this video and find them to work very well. For me Uno Protect worked great for my vehicle. I also tried one that you did not review, that being P&S Play Maker - All in One. At $42 USD for 32 oz. it worked VERY well and is very inexpensive. This product is infused with Bead Maker and the shine was second to none!
3D ONE again.... It's been a godsend. Great cut, great finish. I do agree that on super soft clear coats, there may be a challenge finishing mar free. I haven't had one in years though. If that car shows up, I finish with 3D AAT502. Optimum Hyper Polish or the Hyper Compoud V5 can also do one steps! The V5 is years advanced compared to HC V4.
I use both DIY-D Gold Standard & TW One-and-Done on a DA, then finish off with Flex Wax graphene spray. It is always hard to pick which one to use as they're both excellent compounds. Gold Standard instructions says it isnt necessary to wipe off the compound when changing pads from cut to polish step. Is it the same in TW One-and-Done?
Pan...Great and informative video. 2 questions..... 1-how can we tell or where would we find the on-line info on soft, medium or hard paint for all car models? 2-on the above video, what would be your top 3 picks?
There is no such thing to my knowledge, as car manufacturers sometimes change paint suppliers in the same production year, for a same model (supply chain issues, issues with the paint itself, change of contracts, etc). The only way to know soft, medium or hard paint is to do panel tests to find the appropriate compound, polish and pad combo for your specific paint and level of desired paint correction. But don't overthink that part of it. All my top product recommendations are in my annual car detailing products awards. ;)
Nailed it with a fantastic informative video!! 👊 I still reach for 3D one on a regular basis. As far as suggestions maybe we could do a video on the 3D body shop line in the green bottles? Cheers pan! 🇨🇦
Hey pan thanks for the cool videos as always. I have a request could u make a video how to apply a ceramic coating but not on the hood more like the difficult areas like front bumper (the ones with aero parts not an easy one like a tesla)? Every video how to apply a ceramic coating is on the hood or on easy areas. I would like to know if there are any tips and tricks on more tight, small, difficult areas.
There are no real magic tricks. It's just take your time to ensure proper coverage. And you can try different applicators. Instead of the traditional rectangular applicator block and microsuede, you can use smaller microfiber applicators which contour shapes better, like these: amzn.to/3vKhKIo amzn.to/425EGOa

Hi Pan I just bought a rotary cheap polisher, And I'm planning to polish, my one-year-old black car, which has Not too deep swirl Mark. And Water spots What kind of Pad I should use for rotary polisher as i am a beginner, I think it's better to use Foam pads ( should i buy the orange(finish polish )And (back finishing) or i should also buy the fellow for medium or light cut, I'm going to do Maybe one or two steps or even all in ones just to maintain my car. So it's not going to be A full-blown polish. What kind of polisher liquid should I use? Is it better for one step? Like the turtle Wax One and done or rupes uno protect ,Because I feel it has to be safe but also enhance my paint quite a bit and also thinking of maintaining my clear coat
Hope you’re staying warm in Canada. Extremely cold here in Chicago. I recently tried DIY Detail Gold Standard with great results. I’m a P&S lover. Like the Play Maker All In One. I’m curious your thoughts. Enjoy your evening!
Yeah it's beyond freezing here at 5F (-15C). But not as bad as my friend Rick in Calgary, they had temps of -22F already (-30C). I haven't used the Play Maker yet.
An interesting video for sure Pan, thanks but I'm getting a bit bogged down in definitions between all in one and one step. I'd consider TW Graphene Infused To The Max Wax to be an all in one, and Jescar Power Lock Plus to also be all in one? .. or one step. ?
Keep it simple. "ALL-IN-ONE" means a polish + protection. A "ONE STEP" is a pure polish, no protection. All-in-ones are typically used by those who just want a quick correction and protection in one step. If you are planning on applying some protection after the polish, just use a pure polish (one step). Max Wax and Jescar Power Lock Plus are both paint protections. Not polishes. So you would polish your paint first, with what ever polish you want, then IPA wipe to remove polishing oils, and then apply either Max Wax or Power Lock Plus. One step just means you are doing one polishing step. A 2-step paint correction is for deeper swirls and scratches, where you'd start with a compound and cutting pad (first step) and finish with a polish and polishing pad (2nd step). After paint correction (machine polishing), you apply your choice of paint protection: wax, sealant or ceramic coating.
Thanks pan I have the 3d1 3d speed car pro essence pro 1 and done also p@s playmaker all work pretty well I usually use with a orange pad sometimes urofibre 50/50 😊
Hi Pan I'm a big fan! I'm planning to polish my car with a cheap rotary machine I'm thinking of doing one step or all in one which do you think is more suitable for me I have a black car which is 1-year-old I wash it every 2 weeks and it seems I have a light swirl Mark. Do you have any recommendation for the best one step and the best all in one and planning to do a fast polish every 3-6 months So I'm planning to maintain my clear coat. But still I can a give a glossy finish which had do you recommend for a beginner like me a fompet my provider head or even a wool pad?
If you do an update to this video, I’d like to see Menzerna Cut Force Pro included. It’s a newer one-step that seems to be getting great results but doesn’t seem to be getting much attention.
Just bought the 3-D one & am excited to try it out. I used the 3D speed last time before I ceramic coat 2 years ago. Going to go through the steps to remove that coat & apply the advanced graphing coating. But like you Pan it’s to cold & winter in New York!
Gold standard polish, nsp, 3d one, and sole are so good I'll need to try out that turtle wax, I'm out here wondering if you have ever tried Shine Supply Compounds they got a new one called class cut plus up there in terms of a polish
I tried pretty much their entire lineup but not their compounds or polishes yet. Here's the brand review I did of Shine Supply products: th-cam.com/video/Kn3LH4RFyoQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=d28-0lR7Se8eOyt2
I agree with all in 1 for daily drivers. Then maybe throw a quick coat of wax or sealant on top (Depending on what all in 1 you use.) But I used to use Wizards products when I did it professionally. (I used to work at a few different dealerships, and cleaning things with more freshly painted surfaces was a common thing. Wizards products were created by a former body shop guy and they are body shop safe.) But I would often use their Wizards Shine Master and their Wizards Nano Wax like a all in 1 on my Mustang every spring after a Michigan winter. I was very happy with the finish and the longevity of the product. If you haven't tried them I would love to see a review. Thanks Pan for all the Info.
Great video, Pan! As far as all-in-ones, I've had great results with Griot's Garage Ceramic All-In-One. Pretty good cut and decent protection for an AIO.

@@PanTheOrganizer I’ve been following your channel for 4 years when I first bought my 2020 Avalon. Appreciated all the reviews and tips. For my daughter’s project I bought a Saker cordless DA buffer. One last question, can you use a ceramic detailer on a non-ceramic polish? Thanks again.🙏🏼
Un autre banger Panner....we've been using the lake country Blue hdo pads with hyper polish on soft Toyota paint, and it's been amazing.. Lots of transport scratches from drivers getting in out of dirty vehicles lately, so this combo works wonder.. Yes, we dealership detailers care about customer vehicles. Tlc "jayce price"...is another compound we've been playing with, and it's pretty good so far.
Awesome video Pan and you tell us so much accurate information in a clear manner. I have used a lot of these and they are all first class products. The product I use the most is DIY Gold Standard as it cuts hard and finishes soft. I am the odd ball who cuts with the beast and finishes with a rotary. Does anyone have side by side co parison tests of the Dr. Beasley’s?
Hello Panagiotis. Cheers from Greece. I have an Alfa Romeo 156 in black color, not metallic. The color is distressed in some places, it has oxidation and looks a little white. It also has spiders and some small scratches. Can I use heavy cut and then polish and what product do you recommend? If I risk eating the thin layer of paint should I go for all in one for a smooth cut? What do you think? Thank you for your help
Yasou Mixali! (I'm Pandelis by the way). Yes if you have oxidation, and heavier scratches and swirls, you should start with a compound first, and a cutting pad. And then do a polish with a polishing pad. I don't know how much total thickness of paint you're working with, or how many times you have corrected the paint before. Your only way to know for sure is to use a paint depth gauge. If you have never polished the paint before, I wouldn't worry about removing too much material. You should be fine. But you have to do a few test spots first, to find out which compound and pad combination will work best on your specific paint, with your specific issues. And then do test spots to figure out the best polish and pad combo for the polish stage. There's no such thing as one solution for all types of paint unfortunately.

Hey Pan, have you ever thought about mixing 2 polishes? I just got the HS 1 and done and 3d 513 I cut. I plan to mix them together to see the results I get. Both are 1 step polish\compound.
I would not recommend that, unless you're a chemist who understands everything he reads from the SDS sheet. Mixing chemicals, especially from different brands, is not recommended as you can't ensure chemical compatibility. And I don't see why you'd want to do that anyways.
I'm curious, main reason for trying this is that the 3d is a fast polish but the 1 and done gives more clarity to the paint. what do I have to lose.. gonna do a test and tell you about it😊😊😊@@PanTheOrganizer
Hey Pan do you ever dabble in rock chip repairs at all, or is that a niche you stay away from? Searched through your library as best I could and didn’t find anything.
Its off topic i know. But there seems to be an up rise in a new (to me atleast) company that i would really like to get your take on. They are called infinity wax and based in the uk. More british channels seem to be getting them on there videos now. But i would like to see how good you think they are
Great video, Pan. I really like the 3D Speed product. It removes light scratches and swirl marks with ease. It has great working time and little or no dusting. I'm currently working on a 95 Buick Riviera with a jade green metallic paint. The 3D makes the paint look like brand new. Keep up the great work.
Pan, gr8 vid as usual. Sooooo many terrific products here! I've settled in primarily with the TW One & Done Compound. It's not only the versatility with different pads but I continue to be amazed [as my customers] with the gloss and finish! And that INCLUDES how well it always looks AFTER the IPA wipe-down. Shine on you crazy diamond!
Thank you so much for doing these very informative videos! I have learned a lot from you! I am going to check out the Dr. Beasley NSP when I do my truck this spring. I have some scratches to fix then I want to do the paint correction, then apply a ceramic coating! It is going to need a lot of work but it will look awesome when I am finished!
Great selection of products and explanation Pan. For rupes uno advanced I get the same result 4-6 months on the paint it's not the most durable. Great gloss though. I prefer the GS over 3D one now 1 spray is much easier. Maybe DR Beasley can make a sprayable NSP45 and 95? Since you literally need 2 pea size for the "primeing" after that it's just one tiny pea on the pad. When a spray imo will distribute it better and follows DR Beasley less is more for their NSPs. What do you think Pan?
I love these style videos! It gives me a variety of choices to use on my personal car or customers. I have recently purchased the DIY gold standard but I have used the Turtle Wax One and Done ✅ and have had great results with that polish! I’ve also tried the Car Pro Ultra Cut and was very surprised with its performance. Great job 👏 once again my friend! Look forward to what you have planned next.
I have a question: I am a great admirer of your work and your explanations, which sealant do you recommend for the best protection? Uno Protect or Essence or Menzerna? I don't intend to use a coating, just the sealant. Thanks in advance
Rupes Uno Advanced or Uno Protect and CarPro Essence are not meant for super durable long lasting protection. You'll get a few months at best in normal conditions. If you want something that will last 1-2 years, you can use the CarPro Essence, and apply CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0 ceramic coating on top (2 layers, 45-60 min between layers).
Love all your videos! I have another white 2024 Honda under 8K miles. Would you please give me a quick recommendation of polish and pad combo (using a Griots G9 DA) to prepare and enhance for a ceramic coating. I know you recommend testing but I can’t afford to buy multiple products to just test. Thanks, you’re the Man!
Hi Russ. Keep in mind there is no miraculous "one product and pad" that does perfectly well on all points, hence why we do panel tests. But a good starting point would be Rupes yellow polish with Rupes yellow foam pad, or DIY Gold Standard Polish with their waffle pad. Here are some links: DIY Detail Gold Standard Polish: bit.ly/3XjRdeB DIY Detail Gold Standard Yellow Waffle Polishing Pad: bit.ly/3qW7334
Hi Pan, I was wondering if you could include some information about other popular brands product on the topic that might not perform on the same level I am brand loyal to Adam's and I personally like to keep all my products to 1 or 2 brands. I learned from your videos that Adam's and Stoner's iron remover was not up to par against CarPro's IronX I couldnt have really had a personal preference because I would have never bought IronX if it isnt for your videos, because I would have simply thought the lack of reaction from the iron remover was because I didnt have any iron contamination. When the product I currently use (in this case, adam polishes's polish) is not listed as your recommended polish, I question if I should replace it with CarPro Essence or is it good enough
Hey Pan! Love the video. Just a quick question... If I use a All-in-One do I NOT need to use a compound? Or can I use a compound and then an All-in-One and it not be overkill?
A traditional 2-step paint correction starts with a compound, and finishes with a polish. Both of those contain no protection. You add your protection after those 2 steps. Then you have a separate category. All-in-one. Those are typically a polish infused with some light protection that can last 1 month to a few months at best. It's meant to quickly polish and protect in one step. After using an all-in-one, you apply either a wax or a paint sealant. You would not apply a ceramic coating, as coatings need to bond to a virgin clear coat, so an all-in-one is not a good choice before applying a coating. All-in-ones won't achieve the same level of paint correction as a true 2-step process, for obvious reasons. The more time you spend perfecting the paint, the better the results. AIOs (all-in-ones) are meant for a quick and simple way to improve the appearance of paint, remove light swirls and scratches, and add a bit of protection too.
3d one. Im getting used to it with different pad applications. It's stellar so far. The funny thing with all-in-ones is that you need to wait for some of them to cure. I've used Extreme solutions 404 and 403 and should wait 24 hours for the stuff to cure. Ummmm....not a tremendous fan of waiting that long. Ok. Thank you, Pan, for the great video.
That is the Achilles heel of both lvr 403 and 404. Gloss is insane, wipe off super easy but if you want to put on ceramic coating or additional protection waiting 24 to 48 hours isn't realistic for most people especially if you don't have a garage.

Pan, I believe have seen Rupes or TRC videos where they say that the Rupes UNO Advanced can be used to repair ceramic coatings if scratched, kind of like the Carpro Essence Plus. Question, when using polishes that contains protection, is it okay to use those pads that are washed in this pad washer bucket? I know the pads are spinned to remove excess water, does the fact that they are slightly damp affects the layer of protection from these polishes? Great video!!!
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you, Pan! This is one of the Rupes videos explaining that Uno Advanced can be used to replenish/repair existing coatings: th-cam.com/video/B7FdXngUsmc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=6nPKazCoix-OJTVN
Mr. Pan when someone wash the car and clay or synthetic clay and do the compound. Is okay to wipe down the whole car isopropyl alcohol and then do correcting or go straight to sealant or wax or ceramic. Sorry for asking you
After doing paint correction with compounds and polishes, you should always do a paint prep or IPA wipe down to remove polishing oils and residue, before you apply the protection (wax, sealant or ceramic coating).
Hi Pan !!! With lots of respect, the one product that Dr Beasley has is the "Z1" All-in-One" and NOT the NSP45. The NSP 45 is just the final step on polishing. ITs NSP 150, 95 & 45. Regards from Puerto Rico ;)
I know that. This video wasn't only all-in-one (with protection) but also just polishes (with no protection in them) for 1-step polish paint correction. All-in-one and 1-step are two different things as you know. ;)
Yoooh Pan! Here they come!! Both 3Ds do the rounds so well 70% of the time, out in the hot sun. Plus a few others out here. Best for medium to soft Japanese paints, good for hard paint enhancement with suitable pad. Thanks big for the great video. 😊
Hey pan! So I’m getting ready to correct the paint on my black Mazda CX-30, I’ve used the 3D one on my WRB WRX and turned out great, but you mentioned at 16:24 that it might not give the best finish, and with it being a black car and is a softer JDM paint is there something else you’d recommend, or should I give it a try in your opinion?
I was so excited to see how uno advanced lasted through the winter on a friends daily vehicle I detailed but unfortunately the engine blew up and it went to the scrap yard 😢

Thank you for including DIY Detail Gold Standard Polish
You guys rock! :)
Thanks for showcasing 3D Speed & 3D One! We are glad you find great joy in using them in the methods you described and sharing them with the world.
3D compounds and polishes rock! Have a good new year guys!
I used 3D ONE on my '95 Civic a few years ago, and was thoroughly impressed with it. Saved me a great deal of hassle and IMO the results were fantastic.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the feature, Pan! Just a heads-up - we also have an actual ceramic AIO Nano Surface Primer that we added to our line not long after launching NSPs. It's called NSP Z1 and it uses a blend of different abrasive sizes along with a modified version of the nanogel that actually applies a ceramic coating as opposed to merely laying down the matrix of anchor points.
Is possible to use the lc4000 system w/rinseless wash with both nsp45 or z1. Or this diminish too much the product as a "primer" if use in 1step?
Thanks for the info!
@PanTheOrganizer Hi Pan, Can any of these be applied by hand rather than using a hand tool?
I flip cars but one of my hobbies and passion is car detailing. I’ve learned a huge chunk of my knowledge from Pan and a big thank you to this man right here giving us free game. ❤❤❤
Thanks for the positive feedback, I appreciate it! How did you discover my channel by the way?

Been a big fan of 3D One for a couple of years now. It never lets me down.
Hi, are you using something else after the 3D One ? like a finishing polish ?
Usually with an all in one polish I go for a one step correction, otherwise there is no point in using an all in one product.
Started using 3D one last summer for paint enhancements, saves time and gets great results. Great for use especially on daily driven vehicles that customers want to revive the gloss on their paint.
I would love for you to do a video on older, single-stage cars - polish and protectant options. Keep putting these great videos!
omg yes, and like how to determine what you're looking at. I mean sure, i could go read it, but I'd love to give Pan the views.
Me too
Me three
me four!
3D One has worked well for me many times hut as a one step I would rank Griots Correcting Compound right up there.
Me too
I’ve never had much luck or success with griots. They’ve disappointed me time and time again but their leather cleaner is okay.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing!
you see what you did right there! it's amazing because of the way you explained it, you clarified it, and taught for people like me who was slightly confused about the use of these products. Thank you so much!!!! you rock! pan

I've been using 3D One for the past few years now and it is my go-to polish. Combined with the URO-Fiber pads, the end result is outstanding every time! as if my ride just got out of the showroom!
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Great product.
can you please test and show us your work with Koch Chemie one step polish P6.02!
Hi Pan, I just got DIY Detail gold standard and it works great. Yvan said to increase or decrease your cut just change the pad. Similar to how you described the Turtle Hybrid compound. Thank you again for all that you do.
Thanks Charles!
These topics and guides have been spot on lately. I’ve started to polish my own vehicles and your latest videos have been perfectly timed. 🔥
It's like I read your mind! :)
Can essence work as a primer for gtechniq cristal serum light, thanks
I have used the 3D One on a couple of cars and very leased with it. In my experience on a 2014 Mazda and 2005 Tacoma, I probably could have gone with a more aggressive compound, or perhaps cleaned my pads more often. I worried before I used the product it would be too much correction, but found in my case it is pretty gentle. So I was glad to have chosen that based on Pans reviews. I have a 2016 Subaru mostly garaged that I will use the 3D One on as I am confident not to much paint correction occurs. Can’t wait for the pad vid too. Thanks Pan you’re the man.
Thanks John!
Can I use one step polish before applying ceramic coating?
Thank you for all the information you give to us
use 3D One 500/400 and Carpro Cut / Polish line. Depends on what I'm doing on said car (I.E> Full Coating or just a basic less than 12-18 month spray coating). Both lines have always done amazing for me Soft/Mild/Hard clears.
Great tutorial. UNO Advance is one of my go to polish. Ammo X-Foliate is a phenomenal polish. The waffle pad is like no other.

Yeah it's so true. You use very little NSP on the pads!
Great Video. I am an enthusiast and I have tried 3 of these: 3D One, DIY Detail Gold Standard, Turtle Wax One & Done. I am certainly not a pro but liked all three with DIY Detail being my favourite. Cheers
Thanks for sharing!

Haven’t tried that Griot’s yet
Used Oberk sole on my car and was really impressed with the results
Thanks for sharing!
So here you are:
Thank you for reaching out about your unopened bottle of Graphene.
Tom
Thanks Tom! And yeah we're well below freezing temps here in Montreal. I hate winter with a passion! LOL
3D One has been my go to for years now, I just love the long work time, but will be trying out NSP45 real soon as I coat my 2 daughters vehicles real soon.
Hi kind sir. I just bought a super cheap rotary
And I'll work with a Mitsubishi so very soft paint too (shes a 2year old, i wash her every 2 weeks)
Im thinking of using one n done or uno protect
And also I'll buy a local branded foam pad (not as good as rupes pad i suppose)
Theres a
Heavt cut(purple)- medium cut (yellow) - Polishing (orange) - finish (black)
For using one n done would you suggest like a 2 step yellow -> orange or orange ->black?
Im planning to polish the car every 4-6monts tho
Thank you so much
I used the 3D One as recommended by you, Pan, on a white WRX with a medium pad and am loving the results.. IPA wipe then a wet look topper by hand 🙌🏻
👍🏻💪🏻
I use 3D speed and 3D one. I am going to try MR Beasley 45 and DYI gold.
Dang Pan!! How much detailing/paint knowledge do you have crammed in that head? :) Love it! Keep it coming and thanks for the content.
More than most will ever dream of knowing.
Thanks for sharing Scott.
Thank you.
To my knowledge, you have to wipe off TW One & Done between steps.
I remember you using and really liking SONAX perfect finish. What do you think of that one?
I love it. I mentioned it in my favourite polishes video here: th-cam.com/video/eiXSm0YBpXE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=YBp0SWsMy_F-lL4o
Nice job as always Pan! Another one you should look at is Ammo NYC’s new polishing system. X-foliate is another all-in-one / one step polish.
Thanks!
Cheers pan! 🇨🇦
Thanks!
The 3D stuff is soo good. I've been wanting to compare on my test panel against the hybrid solutions.
I have heard really good things about Griots All in One Wax
Hey pan thanks for the cool videos as always. I have a request could u make a video how to apply a ceramic coating but not on the hood more like the difficult areas like front bumper (the ones with aero parts not an easy one like a tesla)? Every video how to apply a ceramic coating is on the hood or on easy areas. I would like to know if there are any tips and tricks on more tight, small, difficult areas.
There are no real magic tricks. It's just take your time to ensure proper coverage. And you can try different applicators. Instead of the traditional rectangular applicator block and microsuede, you can use smaller microfiber applicators which contour shapes better, like these:

Been using essence and gold standard polish for a while now.
Gold is often first polish i grah for one step jobs.

Hi Pan
I just bought a rotary cheap polisher, And I'm planning to polish, my one-year-old black car, which has Not too deep swirl Mark. And Water spots
What kind of Pad I should use for rotary polisher as i am a beginner, I think it's better to use Foam pads ( should i buy the orange(finish polish )And (back finishing) or i should also buy the fellow for medium or light cut, I'm going to do Maybe one or two steps or even all in ones just to maintain my car.
Thank you for trying DIY Detail Gold Standard Polish
Thanks Pan. That clarifies my confusion. This has been a very informative series, and looking forward to the final on pads. 👍.. Cal
Do you have any recommendation for the best one step and the best all in one and planning to do a fast polish every 3-6 months
So I'm planning to maintain my clear coat.
New York in winter looks like a hot day at the beach for us in Montreal haha!! Gosh I hate winter.
Gold standard polish, nsp, 3d one, and sole are so good I'll need to try out that turtle wax, I'm out here wondering if you have ever tried Shine Supply Compounds they got a new one called class cut plus up there in terms of a polish
Thanks Eddie
Thanks for sharing!
Great video, Pan! As far as all-in-ones, I've had great results with Griot's Garage Ceramic All-In-One. Pretty good cut and decent protection for an AIO.
Same. I use this on my friends' cars for a quick sprucing up whenever I get them to come by for a detail. Have you tried this one @PanTheOrganizer?
I haven't tried that one yet.
Very easy to understand the video as a beginner and well explained. Could you make a video about scholl concepts s20 black 1 step compound ?

What would you look for in a polish before doing you ceramic treatment
Hi pam im thinking to clay bar my vehicle it has a bit of over spray and after that im thinking to polish with a all in one by hand is that possible pls let me know thanks
This was extremely useful for a DIY amateur like myself. Thanks

Thanks for sharing Dan!! Stay safe in this disgustingly cold weather! :)
Beasley’s?
Thanks Neil!
What would be best? Meguiars 3in1, TW ceramic+graphene paste wax?

I would like to try a one step especially on my wife’s car, it’s a daily driver and I usually only have one day to detail it, thanks Pan 👍😁
Thanks Dave!
Its off topic i know. But there seems to be an up rise in a new (to me atleast) company that i would really like to get your take on. They are called infinity wax and based in the uk. More british channels seem to be getting them on there videos now. But i would like to see how good you think they are
I haven't tested their products yet.
Thanks Stephen!
Would love to know the best way to take chaulky gelcoat to shined finish "easily" .. there's nothing out there on this using newer product
Thanks Audie!! Have a great weekend!
Thanks Jim!
You are very welcome!@@PanTheOrganizer
Great selection of products and explanation Pan. For rupes uno advanced I get the same result 4-6 months on the paint it's not the most durable. Great gloss though. I prefer the GS over 3D one now 1 spray is much easier. Maybe DR Beasley can make a sprayable NSP45 and 95? Since you literally need 2 pea size for the "primeing" after that it's just one tiny pea on the pad. When a spray imo will distribute it better and follows DR Beasley less is more for their NSPs. What do you think Pan?
Thank you Socrates.
Thanks Soc! It would be interesting to have @DrBealeys take on that!
@@PanTheOrganizer that’ll be awesome
Fantastic information packed video as always Pan! Thank you
I love these style videos!
Glad you like them!
Another awesome episode of Paaannn the Organizer good friend
Thanks buddy!
Here are some links:

Need to try csi ceram-x car polish
Hi Pan, I was wondering if you could include some information about other popular brands product on the topic that might not perform on the same level
I am brand loyal to Adam's and I personally like to keep all my products to 1 or 2 brands. I learned from your videos that Adam's and Stoner's iron remover was not up to par against CarPro's IronX
I couldnt have really had a personal preference because I would have never bought IronX if it isnt for your videos, because I would have simply thought the lack of reaction from the iron remover was because I didnt have any iron contamination.
When the product I currently use (in this case, adam polishes's polish) is not listed as your recommended polish, I question if I should replace it with CarPro Essence or is it good enough
Congratulations for your work. Have you tested the Sonax Cut + Finish 5/5?
I haven't
What should I do with a fourty year old car that needs 12:09 paint correction ?... btw it's red 🙄, great vid !, I'm learning as I go !!!!!
I have used the 3D one on my 23’ civic and plan to use it on our New Kia Telluride. Are you suggesting not to use on the Honda ? Or a different pad?
Do some test spots, and see if it gives you your desired level of paint correction.
Thanks Kim!

I don’t have the answer to that. You’d have to ask Rupes.
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you, Pan!
This is one of the Rupes videos explaining that Uno Advanced can be used to replenish/repair existing coatings:

Can you list the products and procedures doing a paint correction leading to ceramic coating? Can i use a clay towel while chemical decontamination?
Here’s my full tutorial on how to apply a ceramic coating: th-cam.com/video/sqQYVjxFqK0/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for sharing your experience!
Oh that's sad to hear! Are you planning on rebuilding the engine, or just get a new car?
Pan, do you have a video on how to correct around decals or stickers from the factory?
No unfortunately.
