Arne Hurnik I think that current game engines are not able to come close to this concept. Too many conflicting parts. Maybe in the future, but for now.. nope.
4:44 Nirvana!? Really?! Why not *_EUROBEAT_* !? EDIT: Why am I still getting replies to this day, jeebus leebus. Just to clarify: this was meant in a jokingly way, not to throw down Nirvana and other songs like that. I appreciate alot of musical spectrums, but eurobeat is one I've been really into depending on the situation. Have a good day y'all ; )
When you ask music from the 90's a not-car guy, he won't answer you "Eurobeat". He will answer Nirvana, Radiohead, backstreet boys, Fatboy Slim, Depeche mode, etc... at least i guess this kind of music should remind more the 90's to a normal guy.
Yeah, these musics are gud too, I was Just joking, but at least you could include some eurobeat in Japan or togues, still the selection of musics would need to represent or make the player think its in the 90's. I loved your Idea too for the entire game. Great job there!
As a game viperconcept, this could work someday - but as a creator video, I think you just won my TH-cam Award - for best put together & edited video so far. The amount of both thought & work you have put into this is simply ASTOUNDING!!!. A job very well done viper.
I think the 50s ... Idk I think the 60s will be in america because in that time the dodge charger, chevy camaro and many more came out. The 70s italy because Lamborghini and maserati and ferrari had some gr8 cars. The 80s germany because there were some beautiful bimmas and audis in that time. 90s japan ofc 😎. 00s .... UK because lotus and jags were pretty cool 10s spain i guess idk lol. Maybe because spain is a beautiful country to drive in show :)
We also need to walk and taxi's and ubers (ubers online players ) ubers Will be quicker but its more expensive and its illegal you need houses and garages like in GTA v or test drive It would be cool if there are multiple countries but most of Them you we'l need to go take the plane and then spawn in that country and thats expensive you can also take youre car on the plane how more expensive the car how more shipping costs furtherall the game viperconcept said is awesome
This will be possible in future maybe. Nowadays this be much heavier, like an 500gb~1tb game, cause is too much data. I like the general idea, but sounds an unfocused game, and like others unfocused games, the developers will chose the most money making side to focus, and this will create a desequilibrium, turning the other side forgotten. And probably the final version of the game should be confused. Thats why developers excludes 80% of ideas in a game project, the final version needed be a sharp money maker. But if they developers can do a huge hard project like this with no desbalance, would be the perfecting racing game.
500GB is too much considering The Crew took up less than 20GB with a HUGE MAP. Forza 7 taking up 90GB because of baked shadows. This game would probably take up just ~105GB. If none of the graphics were baked.
You did understand that you can choose between the 4 options, didn't you? If you don't like the open world aspect, just play the circuits, it goes the same way for the illegal and legal stuff. I don't see how giving the players a choice to make could be a bad thing. I would say, the game is pretty focused in making the best car (not racing) game ever, where you can do whatever you want with any car, being realistic and pretty at the same time.
Considering viperconcept's ideas and suggestions simplicity isn't anything at all, about his whole concept. A lot of detail would have been into the game. Afterall it is not a game *just for fun* , considering everything desired to be included in it, or is it?
There are people who always say things like "this is impossible and will never happen" you know they said that about the first automobiles and smart phones. You never know what you could do with just an idea. It all starts in our minds, but it requires all of us to work together to make the dream happen. I believe one day there will be a game as magnificent as the one you so magnificently idealized here. So many people including myself have grand ideas such as yours and you have strived to fill our minds with the perfected idea by making this awesome video. Thank you and I look forward to what the future brings, good luck racing!
I'm more than surprised at how you managed to capture everything that people are looking for, it's a great idea! I hope someday live to see it in a game.
Lol, you guessed my age, what I meant was this... :-P media.comicsblog.it/3/3ds/3dspecs.jpg Seriously, I don't know why, but, when I wrote, for some reason, I totally forgotten Vr already exist. you are right, of course
You made some great points but here are some more options: Engine swaps Car meets Auto-shows (expo) Concept/project builds Insurance Ability to open shops for extra income Importing cars (r34 for example)
To compensate the money spent on the license of entire road car and race car, laser scanned track, local street law, real motorsport event, real aftermarket brands, etc. The price of the base + all dlc will not less than 2000$, and since this game is single player based, I'm sure a lot of people will just wait for the crack. 😂
I dont want such game to be single player based wtf, full online and possibility to play with ur friends alone in different sessions 2000$ ? Well just start gathering some money i guess... if the game is worth more than buying some cheap car then HELL YEAAAH! Also the game size 1TB on light cable and 1 GB/s internet on cable connection will download at 120,5 mb/s which should take about 138 minutes or so, not a big problem, if the game costs 2000$ and its actually this good! Sure ill pay like 20 extra $ to download it in 138 min :D, storage i guess i need to buy another 1 TB SSD for like 180€ (not big deal again), PC might be a big deal considering how BEAMNG Drive runs + open world etc. Only issue i am seeing is developers and pc power
For my racing game it is more into the CAR COMUNITY, like you can do car meets, race days, build your own special car like what mods do you want to put, how many horsepower/ torque, how hard to get a new car, what kinda person you want to be a petrolhead or a failed mustang driver. This is important because what I'm going for is more into the feels to be a car guy like the hardships of being a car guy. You can make a loan, rent car like viper stated real life time championships, car meet, car conventions like SEMA, world cup, etc. But good idea and good luck on YOUR racing game.
So you finally made the video!! Hope everything goes as perfect as possible for you and really hope that a game like this will be done because without any doubt i would buy it!!!!
"The damage model of Beam.NG drive" I see it's important to you too, and it would be nice to see a competitive game using a real fracture model. I hope that the new Forza motorsport will not be exhausted to the extent that only the model is scratched or only slightly deformed. I really like your idea, and hopefully it will reach a person or people who could make it happen.
What an amazing idea😍 It would be the best game ever😍🏎 Imagine when you are driving to the Nordschleife on the real streets😍😍😍 And doing "Touristenfahrten" . I really hoping that this will be an game😁🏎
I totally agreee. Taking your dream car, slowly crusing in day light and enjoying your ride and right after sunset going on track only to go back on streets at 5:00 am with sunrise...
Quitting paying for fuel, and replacing the Beam.ng crashing physics with the BO Paradise ones, that would be nice. The perfect racing game for me must be fun to play, respecting reality but not taking all of it into the game, as I don't want a life simulator. Anyway, your dream may weigh about 700-1000GB, so have fun downloading it! And please no DLCS...
What about DLC regions with their own set of cars and tracks? An example could be Australia and New Zealand with Tasman cars and tracks for the early eras and the V8 Supercars Series later on.
Here's what I'm picturing in my head me passing favorite racing game series to ViperConcept: NFS, GRAN TURISMO, TEST DRIVE, Midnight Club, Split Second, Forza Motorsport/Horizon, F1, BURNOUT, Blur, Juiced, SRS, Project Cars, DiRT, WRC, Flatout, Driver. And some others like that.
Exactly what i want , my favorite part is the radio station idea with different music for different times I would also like -Nascar races -Drifting similar to fh3 -No invisible walls , i wanna climb mountains with the car -Updated constantly (once every month) including new cars , new maps and better graphics (To keep the game alive) And lastly , Online freeroam of up to 100 people... but all of this will most likely be possible in 15 years or so for technology to handle it , but who knows! Technology evolves very fast! We might even have this game in 3 years or so! But as long as we have it before im 30 years old (Middle aged) , i still wanna be young when i play it!
Honestly I would love something like The Crew with simulation driving like Assetto Corsa lol, It has street, Rally, Circuit, a big map for roaming, weather, etc. It lacks F1 tho
I agree totally games like Forza Horizon 4 and The Crew/2 have really good concepts, the biggest lack is the simulation driving that Assetto Corsa does have (and actually perfect one!) I would like more costumization and police pursuits on streets tho, beamng drive car damage modules are quite fancy, dont mind them being in a game but those are not THAT important
For ordering parts: You build relationships that later gain you discounts and sponsorship. If you go to the shop, ordering face to face, your gains are higher. You still get gains ordering "online" but it's much slower. Being loyal to a shop may mean that sometimes you pay higher prices but your loyalty builds faster because of it. Reading/watching magazines, forums, and TH-cam/TV gain the player the basics of new techniques for car customization. The game would basically have to be a car based RPG where your character/avatar learns and grows as a driver.
In this case it's not just gpu, its the cpu as well, usually for things like AI and physics if you would want to go absolutely crazy and dive into beamng level on a grand scale.
This made me so excited!! I've got some questions that don't go about if it's impossible or too complicated: 1. How are you going to combine tracks with public roads? Are you going to connect the roads to the tracks, or make completely seperate maps? 2. How strict is the law going to be? Are you going to get pulled over for ignoring a red traffic light for instance? 3. Have you thought about adding Rally cross, Australian V8 supercars? 4. Maybe fuel stations should be all around the country, because you'd have to drive too far to get from Brands Hatch to Suzuka only to get you car fueled up (I don't mind the spaces being so big for the other features like buying cars and so on, just for fuel). This made me so happy, thanks a lot!!
1. While in free roaming, you drive until the entry gate of a track. The game asks you if you want start a race or a free training. You decide your car between those in your garage. Start the race. 2. Yes. So you have to avoid the police (and the speed-radars when you'll unlock the 2010's decade). 3. Yeah, why not? 4. Yes, of course. I put 1 shop for each each service just to show the concept. Obviously there will be multiple gas stations, multiple car dealers, multiple rims shops, etc... all around the map! ;-)
This is indeed a perfect racing game. I agree with all the things you mentioned. I hope some sponsorships or developers will notice this video and contact you.
This game would be the best game ever to me, but I think people wouldn’t really buy it because of the simulation, I think it would be a great idea to add a simcade option for people who doesn’t like simulation or maybe it’s too difficult for them. Anyway, there’s no money companies would invest, the game would be too heavy and it would request a really powerful computer, its imposible in today’s consoles. After all, I love the idea
It is perfect but i would like to add a little feature: When upgrading the car, it should not be like stage 1 and stgae 2 upgrade but like a cold air intake, lighter pistons and so on.
Juiced 1 and 2 did most of the part of what you want in the "economy" part of your game. I suggest you to look it up...If you can stomach the dated graphics, no free-roam map and bad driving physics, it's a interesting game.
That is one amazing dream. I'm really fascinated by it. But I want to steal and improve it :) All the things you mentioned + lots of rally and rallycross stages on varying length on each part of the game world (Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan, UK, USA) accompanied by lots of rally car types like Group B, Group A, Rallycross, 80's, 70's, etc (so not just current WRC cars) and of course with Dirt Rally physics. In addition to all this rally stuff, motorcycles from various eras and types (naked, sport, racing, dirtbikes, choppers, etc.) are also a must have. Well now, there you have my dream :)
He's going for a full simulation game, if you fuck up in real life. The car will be written off just like real life. Game sounds great but it's only for the most hardcore players due to the realistic physics would make controllers obsolete and game hard to play. Players have to be very conservative with their cars especially in the 'illegal' campaign, where one mistake can ruin your game.
yeah, you bet I would enjoy a game like that, but the AI has to be sharp so as it wouldn't crash on you all the time. also, repair bills would be a bitch
Kieran Macleod Ever heard anyone else talk about how real life is not fun and that's why video games are because they're not real life? Hyper realistic consequences and penalties in video games do not make for a very fun experience. Insurance and maintenance and all that? No, thanks. It is obviously hardcore and certainly not for everyone else which by the way, really would be everyone else.
The idea of having racetracks in an open world game that you can drive to, have trackdays, races and all that jazz has been in my head! I'm so glad i'm not the only one to think that way! This right here! Need for speed, Forza horizon, even frikin GTA! This feature right here would be insane! All the open world racing games would benefit from this immensely! I mean even frikin' Underground 2 had this! Well kind of...with the URL but I mean physically drive to the tracks, you could pay an entrance fee, have car meets...it just baffles me how this idea is not in any open world racing game out now!
Lucspeeder - Glaz main ohw i see, Russia, the country full of illiterate drunken homophobic pieces of sh•t who sees homosexuality in every context. Then take a chill pill, my friend ~from the best country in the world~
Well, we are free to respond to this video so i gonna give it my time to dig it a little (too much and with reeee). So if you don't have time to read it and apply big dose of "i'm not ultra serious" thing then there is TLDR: "I'm not too much into huge game ideas, because i think they would quickly turn into boring repetitive game or too strongly under-developed title that would be haunted by glitches and bugs. Developing dead-lines are literally impossible for Utopian game title and hype would be so huge that i think it would land in Half life 3 region, "Better not do it if you want to be alive in industry"" Okay, here i will try to comment fully, about what i saw in video. (again, apply not seriousness into it, it is late and i'm already grumpy): So you think straight about free roam world. O-o-kay, it is already high resources. 3x multiplier to size? Okay, it is done. Too much space used, too much time ate to make it believable world. If you make it smaller then i think it could be plausible but still, I'm ultra sure that GTA V world took Huge amount of time to craft and make believable place (Environment, pedestrians, traffic and other stuff). Dividing map into pieces, reminding countries? If you want game, pick ETS2 or TDU2. If you want make country specific regions i would prefer aiming and landscape and famous racing tracks than trying to put everyone on Stereotypes thing like you did with Japan already. Of course japan is only Touge and tandems bro! Putting singleplayer divided into decades? Hmmm, i played too much NFS Porsche Unleashed to let that pass. #BringBackGoldenEra!. Legal and illegal routes? You just want to merge NFS Most wanted 1 and Gran Turismo 4 or what? Legal would be a Team driving? GRiD 1... CALLED IT! (Do you know that Gran turismo 4 music is playing in background?) Players and respect for laws or rules? In today times? Show me where mass player numbers don't crash in first turn, then i gonna "Love you, but still chose cars". Assetto corsa or other serious physics game is auto disqualified due to complexity not edible for typical kid... Yes i talking to you, people who ruined for me other games MP... Pesky brats thinkin' it is destruction derby! (Obviously, Any other game without serious physics is filled with kids loving to crash on first turn :D ) The soundtrack. The only reason Why i love games. Only thing that isn't trying to just kill you. Without good music, Most wanted 1 would be just mediocre game, you know? Decade specific music? Automation: Car tycoon game and NFS Porsche coming into my mind. If you mind putting actual bands to make music then i prefer to stay outside of that. Often i find out that some games had great soundtracks and wasn't made by high tier professionalisms. (Still GT4 musics plays) No radio in GT class car? Nooooo, then i'm left to engineer on radio that gonna murder me with tips i don't want! Car modifications? Do you know sad story about Darth Gran Turismo 2? Of course you don't, Car Jedis don't tell that story, because Gran turismo 2 is old and boring and ugly, becuz PSX graphics isn't from 2017. Gran turismo 2 let you tune most cars into Racing modifications bodies, that had fake or historical car painting. Something that Gran turismo 3 drop out because of how much polygons was added. Now, today, after GT4, Adding a spoiler = RM'ed car. (GT4 soundtrack intensifies) Illegal tuning is literally NSFU2... Wanna sum Peugeot 206? What? Nobody remembers this car too? Ohhh... I'm not in the '90 do i'm? :( Contract missions? GRiD series one i see here. Car rental? TDU series. But i prefer not, Gran turismo 2 teached me to always hunt for rare cars in Used lists, so go away with this heresy! D: In illegal racing i'm only limited by imagination? Then i pick Suzuki Escudo pikes peak or Speed 12 and annoy everyone i have cheats. (Anyone remembers how Escudo from Gran turismo is OP car? no? :( ) Fuel have weight? Yes. Flags and rules that WORKS? YES. Weather with seasons? Emmm, what about summer tyres clubs? So in summary all of this nonsense i just wrote, Dreaming is free, but stays as dreams so it still sucks, so it is sad reality. My Ideal game i would love to see? Gran Turismo 2 HD, all cars from BETA and even more RM's with small DLC of more cars we can overtune and discover other historical skins, Add mothaf**** Special stage route R11 '90, and multiplayer on PC and consoles, then we are Golden. If that would be made, then brace your selfs with insane number of kids with Suzuki escudo pikes peak and Veterans in Speeds 12. Sorry for my English and poor skills in writing in general, i blame monkey i hired, oh wait. It is me. :(
Lol!!! Just 2 weeks ago I said this to a friend of mine. And now you make a video about it with the same things I want in a racing game!!!! You Sir have my respect!
the idea is good, the problem is not the developement cost tho, but the fact that would be a very nieche game, very little market share could be provided by a game so deep. Yet more "traditional" racing games have not such a huge market, a game with this level of complexity would be a nightmare in terms of making him appealable for potential customers. In my opinion, if you simplify the economic part, could be feasible, but the problem is neither the cost or the capability of present hardwares, but to be sure to have a return of the investement, ergo having sufficient sales.
Not sure if it would be hypothetically, the opposite. Considered that it would be the first game to pull off such a complete experience, it would more so than cater the racing simulator market in general out there...Provided the price is right.
Not even France included in the game... I mean, if France was included it'd be easy to do it's "mini-country" roads. Just full of tight city roads, trucks, cars that doesnt respect the law, strikes, deviations. Sooo yeeee..
I was just thinking in a street ilegal racing game like slrr with real cars and simulator driving physics, but this is an overdose of ideas, but extremely interesting too. Imagine you in the very first beginning of the game totaling your car at 200km/h and dying in the impact because of beamng damage and having to start all over again, would be funny. Congratulations for the vídeo man, you really mean quality.
Thank you for letting me know I'm not alone when it comes to creating dream games, although mines are a different genre. I happen to have written several fanmade plot scripts for sequels of my favorite rhythm game with cars. However, they are illegal to post outside of specific Facebook groups. Excluding them, let's talk about the gameplay mechanics... -Beat Racer 2: EDM World Tour Featuring almost 100 EDM songs from the Top 100 DJs 2016. You start from the local, least known festivals, and work your way to the top ones, like UMF and Tomorrowland. Every festival has 4 playable tracks. Backgrounds feature all sorts of EDM props that intensify if you perform well enough. (Epilepsy alert, obviously). After that, you do a couple of minor Miku festivals, then help a fella out in his Super Eurobeat show, then perform some retrowave at a pub. And then 4 secret songs straight off the original game. -EuroBeat Racer Features remarkable drift cars like the AE86 all the way to Daigo's Murci. You start off with the Japanese touges, then you travel across each continent as you go. Each touge has two stages: hillclimb and downhill, each with 4 playable songs. New mechanics include drift zones. -Rock Racer Inspired off Guitar Hero. Features cars mostly from Death Race. You start off with less known bands, like MindFlow and Eklyptika, all the way to top bands like Messhuggah and Dragonforce. After that, you perform on some local rock shows and collaborate with the holographic band Gorillaz. Has apocalyptic backgrounds and the new mechanics are front weapons that charge with collecting beats, for destroying oncoming obstacles. -Hatsune Miku Project Diva Beat Racer Host the Magical Mirai show for 15 days! Features official Miku cars. Each day has a big set of individual songs and playlists to do. Has EDM, Eurobeat, Rock/Metal and JPop/Others as genres. For Eurobeat, gutter running and blind attacking are added. JPop/Others' track layouts are inspired by Sonic levels and have stunt jumps as you play the songs. Perform well enough to unlock all 93 vocaloids as dancers. This is the only game that has no enemy cars right off the start. Development cost? Too much digits for an indie development team, and the workload is just too much for 3 or 4 people: one producer, one artist, one programmer and one fan-collaborator. But, like you said, dreaming is priceless!
I only wanted one more feature: and its that street racing has to be simcade like gt6. It will fit more on street/illegal racing and open this game to more kind of players... Also a small question that wasnt clear for me: it would have dirt/snow/rally tracks? Despite that, a pretty good idea... The Star Citizen of driving games xD
I can somewhat imagine Special World Tour events during certain seasons that would allow a player to gain unique prizes and rewards on tracks from countries outside the main ones presented in the game (maybe the player would fly to another area and start from there)...Would be a good incentive no?
Oh right, one more thing: Ever heard of Sega GT? I think there's quite a few features you can get out of it for the historical and decades aspect of the game...Shame it didn't age well.
For me to explain my whole idea of the ultimate and perfect racing game would take twice as long as this video did. By the way I love your idea! It's very original and different compared to some ideas I've heard.
I've always had the idea of a game almost just like the sim like physics in a free roam city, with street racing and things like that. It's really cool knowing I'm not the only one who thinks this should be a thing.
I respect your opinion, but I think it's too much. Not too much good things, but too much things we don't actually need. In my childhood I thought that street racing is a cool thing, cool cars, cool atmosphere, extreme etc. But now I'm sure that street racing is a cancer. It's a soul of a street, but shit of life. If you want open-world game, the perfect example is TDU with its interesting missions, but there is a light version of street racing. And open-world you want is hard to connect with a big amount of different race trecks. It's hard to believe that you are in the mountains on Fuji and in 2 minutes you are racing in Monaco circut. Racing in centuries is an interesting idea, but this single mode is too long. It's cool idea to create your own team and race different tournaments, but it's too long. Most players are interested in competing other players, they will spend a little time on single mode. It would be better to put this idea on multiplayer mode. Create your team, invite your friends or random players to it and compete other teams, which were crated by other players. For open-world you can make missions like in TDU and, if you want, street races without casual cars on it, like in TDU again. Tuning is a good thing for street missions, so the goal will be to become the most powerful street racer/street racing team. Score of power will be amout of money. But again I don't like street racing, imo. In official racing the main goal will be success on tournaments in different categories, solo or with team. Like in pro sport now. Sponsors, media etc will be included in official. The game can have open-world with all features I said + houses, shops, garages, team base and an airport, in which you will be able to go for official tournaments. As you can see, it's almost the same as your idea, but more reliable, I think. Ofc, it's only my thoughts, as yours, and somebody won't like it. Good luck :)
gdkod It is because pf people like you that we don't get the games we want...you are too lazy to even play a videogame..I agree, there is too much in this draft but you are just being ridiculous about the map and stupid about multiplayer, the option is alright but if you make people play in an always multiplayer game, they'll get pissed, it has happened before and oh, by the way, this community is not very healthy, we don't really like noobs bumping into us or pros braging..AIs are okey for everyone
Small problem, how much memory this would all take up, with around 7 different Maps (for decades) and that means a lot of work or compression, so graphics would need to be sacrificed hugely.
I guess you talk about ram, right? Well the game will pick what it needs anyway. For example: there are 7 types of the same building in game files, since we play in 70's era we pick exatly that model without loading/touching other models. With that obvious method we can save a lot of ram. Second thing would be usage right after first (or after race) loading free roam map. This could be solved by aggresive LOD on regions we are not right now (like we are in Japan so Spain/Germany get very low details/ or even clever use of 2D) plus we could load things on the go like dividing map on sectors and load them instead of using fully loaded map (like TDU does). Using that methods 8 or 16 gigs will be enough.
Memory? Either RAM or hard drive storage memory issues, it is a small problem indeed. It's always about that CPU and GPU combo, mainly CPU if the game is not well optimized to perform so many operations and functions at once.
Awesome ideas and great video as always, viperconcept. Even though it'll probably be a decade or two before we see a game even near this kind of scope, it's interesting to think about what the "perfect" racing game would be, especially since that's different for every person. I think it would be cool if instead of having one huge pre-made open world with interconnected microcosms of different countries, if there were separate open world levels that contain the road types and environments unique to each country, but have them be procedurally generated similar to the stages in dirt 4, except on the fly(similar to minecraft I guess you could say, so new roads are generated in front of you as you drive along) and with more variations of road segments and elevation changes, and a preset seed so that every player always generates the same areas in the same way. Roadside gas stations and garages for repairs and upgrades and stuff like that would be generated as well. When you travel to a country, the starting point will always be the same, so you can still have that country's race tracks close to the area where everyone starts out, on top of having the procedurally generated roads. But if you find a generated part of the road that you like, you can save the coordinates and teleport there at any point and the game would regenerate that area exactly as it was. That would of course mean that you can also teleport back to the beginning area of each country whenever you wanted. I'm just thinking about how cool it would be to weave between traffic at 250mph+ in a hypercar on a potentially infinite autobahn-like stretch of road, or continuously drift a skyline or s13 or something through a mountain road that never ends. Also one thing that a lot of other people mentioned as well; having BeamNG collision physics would be cool and all, but as someone who plays BeamNG a lot, I think it would be an absolute nightmare in a game of this scope because the second you tap into anything going more than 5mph your car will basically be totaled, which would get really annoying really fast unless you can repair your car on the spot.
I want Test Drive Unlimited 3. I know The Crew is a spiritual successor but hear me out. -TDU 3 with The Crew map but with some global tours so you can race on non US tracks. -DriveClub graphics. -Assetto Corsa sounds. -GranTursimo handling (best handling so far for controller input for sim). -NFS 05 cops. -NFS PayBack decal editor. -NFS U and U2 body kits alongside NFS PB's kits. -Hazard, horn and indicator buttons! -Also having a maintenance or repair system like in previous GT games. -Wreckfest damage models. -Some Dirt 4 physics for offroad/ rally driving. -Dirt Rally track generator for custom tracks. -3D audio+accurate wind sound tracks -HDR -60fps -Different career modes: police, stunt driver, get away driver, professional driver and street racer each with their own acustomed progression systems. -Actual realistic jumps to survive from. -The ability to be spinning in the air and not be given a crash scene. -Accurate momentum physics -VR compatibility Last but not least: online events which aren't buggy AF from launch
Did you ever hear about a game called "Fuel"? Its map is 14.400 km² (the biggest map ever created for a racing game). In comparison, The Crew has a map of 5000 km². Now, gta V has a map of about 80 km² excluding the sea. The game showed in this video 80x3 = 240 km², not so big. Considering the player won't have a full surface at the beginning because he has to unlock different areas, the developpers should have to update just some areas, not all the areas in each decade. So, considering that, it's a huge work, but not impossible. :-)
viperconcept Yeah but if you want a map quality like GTA 5 it's more difficult, I knew about Fuel but isn't the map just a big desert with a few cities ? And the map scale is something that need to be taken in consideration too. It was never done because it's too hard... But ideas like different countries is really !! I'm bored of US open world..
viperconcept As much as I loved and couldn't stop playing 'Fuel', it is a false equivalence to compare something like that to the likes of GTA V. It's almost certainly interesting to point out that 'Fuel' at its best is a jack-of-all-trades and master of none...except off-road racing. That's what made it so unique and satisfying. But I can't stop there because it wasn't just off-road but it was it's combination of on-road and off-road racing that was the key. And that was fun.
I just realized what I have been waiting for my gamer life. I'm that kind of people who doesn't like drive those "cool" cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, etc. I like those normal cars you see on street, you know. Everyday cars. Then customizing them to look nice (That's why I like BeamNG.drive) Just like Opel, Nissan, then those German cars, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, that's what I've been waiting. (City car driving is not same thing). I want realism. Not supercars. But your idea sounds amazing, let's see if we get something like that in future...
Street Legal Racing:Redline - an underrated game, made by Invictus. It has: • Damage system, worst damage can take the engine out of car • Used Car dealer and New ones (Used ones may have surprise) • You can built your car from ground up (engine swap, etc) • Cops system • Mods • Economy system (buy chassis, pay cop fine, street racing bet) BUT... It lacks quite a lot like: • Fuel system (gas doesn't need to get filled up, but somebody managed it, albeit canceled (just search Street legal racing redline: street of valo)) • Go to shops (same drill above, exists on canceled mod)(to buy parts goto catalog) • Non Steam version: Money making legal racing isn't possible (steam ones had it) • Stability, the game tends to crash A LOT. • Valo City is so small. • Economy is so broken, you had to use cheats If that game with this criteria made, it will probably cost alot due to licensing issues, etc.
I suggest 2 types of dealers:-Used car dealer (older cars, damaged cars destroyed cars which player can repair and sell for profit etc. -Typicall car dealer:New cars ,low mileage , etc.
I think all of this plus some RPG elements would be fun, example being you can talk to sponsor scouts at races/ car meets, and also have to progress mechanical skill. So if you do you can do work on your car for cheaper, and if you do it yourself it becomes like a mechanic simulator, but you have the option to go to a mechanic if you just want to drive, that car will be unavailble for a few days also. At the beginning you start having to get a job for money, such as mechanic or taxi driver. Each would help level up certain traits, example taxi driving/ charisma and mechanic gives mechanical skills. Also having way more abillity to screw with car parts, like a car is bought with a specific transmission and if you wanna change it you have to do it yourself. Also you will have to have a daily driver at the beginning for errand running so that you don't put wear on track cars. If you wanted to add more immersion make it so if you drive a track car on roadways and a cop sees you they're going after you. You should also have the option to pull over and take a ticket like midnight club or run from the police. Perhaps starting the game in the 80s would be better because it would still have some noob friendly cars but it wouldn't be totally present day. 60s cars were hard to handle especially F1.
Ahaha you made my day when I saw that "Adria" was listed as one of the most famous Italian circuit! Thanks buddy! P.s. I live nearly half an hour away that circuit
also when you have a big team and want to get all your race cars to the track, you get a semi and trailer to hull everything, insert american/euro truck sim. If you just have single car just tack a pickup and trailer. I love the idea of this game.
Graphics: GT Sport (but on PC level) Physics: iRacing Car selection: GT6 Car sounds: Assetto Corsa (especially with Fonsecker Sound Mod) Track Selection: Assetto Corsa (including mods) Racing game-type: Full-Sim Including Fictional tracks: Yes. Mod support: Yes. *That's my UTOPIA*
My dream racing SIM would have: • The menu's, soundtrack, online, diversity and photorealistic cars of Gran Turismo • The fun gameplay, customization, tuning, AI, weather effects and Autovista of Forza Motorsport • The physics of Assetto Corsa • The diverse adjustability of gameplay of Project Cars 2 THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT GAME 😖
motorsport manager+ business management + the sims + GTA without weapons with RPG elements like driver and team development I would like a game where it's about a driver or team owner with customizable appearance and stuff where you can have an epic home with npc's kids ect and a garage you can free roam and customize. I also like the simple elements of racing as optional mini-games like driver introductions fan events driver meetings team meetings if you wreck your car you ride back to the garage or hospital etc.
Maybe in two or three generations we will have something like this It is a question of the performance of computers and consoles and also cost / development time ...
What i would add: a racing mode totally apart from the singleplayer mode where you could just pick any car, pick any track, and race a few laps, also with multiplayer races and huge amount of mods like assetto corsa. For a game like that, i would literally spend 200 dollars, and i would give it more than 1000 hours for sure
Interesting. I have a very similar but different vision. A menu with lots of tracks and races to chose from, including street racing and free roam, police chases. You can configure cars, variants and probabilities for cars in free roam. Basically a gigantic sandbox. The realism of a simulation is a given.
I want: an Idea similar to My Summer Car, with added features including but not limited to: >Being able to buy and sell vehicles >There being lots, and lots of different cars, trucks, vans, motorbikes, scooters and whatever you can think of, including ones with different qualities that are required in real life(and some not in many other racing games) like better fuel economy, bigger cargo areas, more seating, better off road capability, etc >Of course, better polished graphics, physics and all round package >More languages than just Finnish >A huge map, preferably with a more extensive city area >Somewhat like TDU2/GTA 5, an open world map, possibly even 2 or more like TDU, where you start off with a crappy house and work your way up to better and bigger ones >More ways to earn money than just doing jobs >There being race tracks on the map, where you can drive for a fee(real or fictional doesn't really matter) >The option to drive and get parts, as opposed to just having to order them(of course, you can still order parts if you prefer to) >Perhaps even the ability to get your car engine swapped. This would be very expensive, of course. >And even more of those tiny, but very nice details that make My Summer Car the game it is and hopefully always will be.
Haha good one viperconcept, I adore you! Good luck with your dream ;) I wouldn't make an F1 championship mandatory though, since I, personally, don't really find them fun (too much power to handle), however I love touring and GT (also touge, drift, street races) I also want to make a dream MMORPG once, so I know the feels! Keep up the good work!
I absolutely adore this idea so much! I actually have a racing game in mind too Burnout 3: Takedown ++ Basically Burnout 3 but with a mega ton of content, every car from every burnout game, every OST from every burnout game, every map from every burnout game (except Paradise which is open world) the game will include online, adding new features like free roam lobbies and or arcade race modes lobbies. I also wanna add tracks from other racing games like Gran Turismo and Forza, including adding licensed cars (if I wanted to) and so much more. Same with you, this won't be possible, but if it did...ill share my thanks to you. Thanks for your understanding, and I hope for our dreams to come true as well! :D
My ideas to further improve it: F1 is more like a regular thing, not needed to progress in the decades. In F1 (and LMP1) you don't need to buy the car, the team will give it to you. Same for fuel. You do get payed by your contract and the only way you can get into F1 is to have a huge reputation among driver. If you have your own racing team, you can haul the car and supplies yourself in a truck or hire some designated driver who will do it. But if you do choose to drive yourself you have to be mindful of where you fill your truck with diesel. As near highways fuel is more expensive. And one other comfort thing. You don't only have preset channels on the radio, you can also blast your own music from a menu in game, like a CD player (by assigning a folder for your music and telling the game they're there). Like how MGSV TPP did it. You can listen to your favourite bands from that time, or just meme it by playing eurobeat. Both cases satisfied by this.
Hum, the Star Citizen of racing games lol
Kappa
*Scam Citizen.
exactly!
*Scam Citizen.
Arne Hurnik I think that current game engines are not able to come close to this concept. Too many conflicting parts. Maybe in the future, but for now.. nope.
Well thats kinda car guy simulator
Un Billy de boblenon ohh don't forget project csrs
I NEED IT!!!!!!!
this would be a good name
Im pretty sure that guys are way more interested in cars than girls...
But hey! If your a car girl then your unique!
Un Billy de boblenon I NEED IT!!!!!
You're already playing this game. It's called real life. xD
Kimi bwoah
Kimi real life has more realistic graphics than Drive Club
bwoah
Haha!
hello Kimi
Life is to expensive.
Could even put the radio Everlasting dance Trax SEB eurobeat mixes...
Eurobeat for drifting, Nirvana for racing. (My opinion)
Maybe eurobeat when you go to the Japan region, close the hills
**nostalgic gt4 music intensifies**
GT4 musics rules
*gt 2000 theme increasds in earrape*
Love this idea. I had similar thoughts
Similar thoughts here too owo
SwagMixtape yup, me too :)
Mee too :l i tought i was the only one
As a game viperconcept, this could work someday - but as a creator video, I think you just won my TH-cam Award - for best put together & edited video so far. The amount of both thought & work you have put into this is simply ASTOUNDING!!!. A job very well done viper.
SingleRacer and he is only dreaming yet while editing his video lol.
I Like his channel XD
This cant be easy as physics require deep understanding of different mathematical different calculations (Bohr's method, etc.)
I think the 50s ... Idk
I think the 60s will be in america because in that time the dodge charger, chevy camaro and many more came out.
The 70s italy because Lamborghini and maserati and ferrari had some gr8 cars.
The 80s germany because there were some beautiful bimmas and audis in that time.
90s japan ofc 😎.
00s .... UK because lotus and jags were pretty cool
10s spain i guess idk lol.
Pim Prijs We need the ability to open a rental service too.
Agree aswell. Mind taking a look at my comment?
Unfocused is a rather perfect term to what I would describe this. Open world? Ugh, no. Legal and Illegal way? No, but thanks!
Afterall it is not a game *just for fun* , considering everything desired to be included in it, or is it?
music for illegal way, 90s: *you can guess*

There are people who always say things like "this is impossible and will never happen" you know they said that about the first automobiles and smart phones. You never know what you could do with just an idea. It all starts in our minds, but it requires all of us to work together to make the dream happen. I believe one day there will be a game as magnificent as the one you so magnificently idealized here. So many people including myself have grand ideas such as yours and you have strived to fill our minds with the perfected idea by making this awesome video. Thank you and I look forward to what the future brings, good luck racing!
That would be like ultimate racing game :D
I'm more than surprised at how you managed to capture everything that people are looking for, it's a great idea! I hope someday live to see it in a game.
That's a completely great idea. But also, there will be good an MP3 mode for the radio, to listen your music.
Yes! That sounds great!
Genius
Forza Horizon 3s Groove music.
As you said, dreaming is priceless, maybe someone will see this...
You forgot only one thing, for a perfect game : a 3D support.
vr
Yeah, vr is a "must"... :) love this idea and vipers vids... Thanks for your great job viper...
3D is a dead meme.
meh
Lol, you guessed my age, what I meant was this... :-P
media.comicsblog.it/3/3ds/3dspecs.jpg
Seriously, I don't know why, but, when I wrote, for some reason, I totally forgotten Vr already exist.
you are right, of course
You made some great points but here are some more options:
Engine swaps
Car meets
Auto-shows (expo)
Concept/project builds
Insurance
Ability to open shops for extra income
Importing cars (r34 for example)
offroad
sounds a bit like FH and TDU combined
4:25 This song gives me so much nostalgia that I feel bad, I do not know why :(
Exatamente kk
Br aqui? Oloco meu
Ever play brain training on the ds? Sounds like that to me
Gran Turismo 4 hone screen
Ahh... Gran Turismo 4. Just played it today :D
:D
"The damage model of Beam.NG drive"
I see it's important to you too, and it would be nice to see a competitive game using a real fracture model.
Bily1704 too many emoji’s
and if you crash you start over
@@B..P FAST TRAVEL, its a game
Test Drive Unlimited 2 - not exactly the same but still present
Quitting paying for fuel, and replacing the Beam.ng crashing physics with the BO Paradise ones, that would be nice. The perfect racing game for me must be fun to play, respecting reality but not taking all of it into the game, as I don't want a life simulator.
Anyway, your dream may weigh about 700-1000GB, so have fun downloading it!
And please no DLCS...
Chando Chispas only for adding more cars😉
What about DLC regions with their own set of cars and tracks? An example could be Australia and New Zealand with Tasman cars and tracks for the early eras and the V8 Supercars Series later on.
FJBH10 While their price don't go over 15 bucks, I wouldn't say no to them.
Chando Chispas Beamng.drive have better physics
Chando Chispas I don't want to pay for fuel either, that's kind off ridiculous
Here's what I'm picturing in my head me passing favorite racing game series to ViperConcept: NFS, GRAN TURISMO, TEST DRIVE, Midnight Club, Split Second, Forza Motorsport/Horizon, F1, BURNOUT, Blur, Juiced, SRS, Project Cars, DiRT, WRC, Flatout, Driver. And some others like that.
If somebody actually made this game in real life, I would buy it immediately.
Exactly what i want , my favorite part is the radio station idea with different music for different times
I would also like
-Nascar races
-Drifting similar to fh3
-No invisible walls , i wanna climb mountains with the car
-Updated constantly (once every month) including new cars , new maps and better graphics (To keep the game alive)
And lastly , Online freeroam of up to 100 people... but all of this will most likely be possible in 15 years or so for technology to handle it , but who knows!
We need a decade to have this sorta computer power for game
???
The only 'problem' is game weight since it would probably be ~500 gigs. Rest is completely possible.
Nope, not a decade. As soon as we get a mid end graphics card. GTX2060 to run 1080p40fps at Unigine Benchmark at medium settings. We are clear.
Szymon -Diselek- Bogacz maybe 5 years will enough, computers speed is the thing that evolves the quickest
Mr 7K5 Yeah
In this case it's not just gpu, its the cpu as well, usually for things like AI and physics if you would want to go absolutely crazy and dive into beamng level on a grand scale.
This made me so excited!! I've got some questions that don't go about if it's impossible or too complicated:
Obviously there will be multiple gas stations, multiple car dealers, multiple rims shops, etc... all around the map! ;-)
Thank you :)
Very nice ideas, But with the damage like BeamNG, must consider a pilot dead, that would be a realistic feature and a very big in game cash lost too.
Marine[Akula]
Call it critically wounded & leave it alone. A dead member would make the game +I8 right away.
It is perfect but i would like to add a little feature:
When upgrading the car, it should not be like stage 1 and stgae 2 upgrade but like a cold air intake, lighter pistons and so on.
Juiced 1 and 2 did most of the part of what you want in the "economy" part of your game.
I suggest you to look it up...If you can stomach the dated graphics, no free-roam map and bad driving physics, it's a interesting game.
Pedro Henrique R. de Oliveira the physics were ahead of their time, as well as graphics and game overall (Juiced, not Juiced 2, that one was bullshit)
Beam.NG Drive crash physics isn't a good idea, one small mistake an the car would become total loss
Ignacio Romero yeah you are right because when I play beamng and just hit something very lightly I lose the car because it crash so hard
Yes. I haven't played the game but as I saw the car crashes us melted butter. The idea is good but the beamng model would be too far.
yeah, you bet I would enjoy a game like that, but the AI has to be sharp so as it wouldn't crash on you all the time.
also, repair bills would be a bitch
This game would be hardcore and expensive as hell, either playing it or making it. But i really like the idea and the general system
TheCesso3 you stole my face :c
ItalZGames oh no someone stole your face.... Bru don't cry about that you fuckin cry kid
i'm sorry :c
ItalZGames yeah ofc they all say they are older kiddo. And calm my tits? Nah im not gay sorry my friend. ~from russia~
Lucspeeder - Glaz main ohw i see, Russia, the country full of illiterate drunken homophobic pieces of sh•t who sees homosexuality in every context.
Then take a chill pill, my friend ~from the best country in the world~
wow, without doubt the best idea about sim-racing I´ve ever heard. I wish someday we can see a game like your marvelous idea
Project cars 2 weather model
the only good thing that game has (and gt3 cars)
3:52 when that music began to play a tear streamed down my face...
So many good memories came into my head now ;u;
Well, we are free to respond to this video so i gonna give it my time to dig it a little (too much and with reeee).
So if you don't have time to read it and apply big dose of "i'm not ultra serious" thing then there is TLDR:
"I'm not too much into huge game ideas, because i think they would quickly turn into boring repetitive game or too strongly under-developed title that would be haunted by glitches and bugs. Developing dead-lines are literally impossible for Utopian game title and hype would be so huge that i think it would land in Half life 3 region, "Better not do it if you want to be alive in industry""
Okay, here i will try to comment fully, about what i saw in video. (again, apply not seriousness into it, it is late and i'm already grumpy):
So you think straight about free roam world.
GRiD 1... CALLED IT! (Do you know that Gran turismo 4 music is playing in background?)
Players and respect for laws or rules? In today times? Show me where mass player numbers don't crash in first turn, then i gonna "Love you, but still chose cars". Assetto corsa or other serious physics game is auto disqualified due to complexity not edible for typical kid... Yes i talking to you, people who ruined for me other games MP... Pesky brats thinkin' it is destruction derby! (Obviously, Any other game without serious physics is filled with kids loving to crash on first turn :D )
The soundtrack.
(Still GT4 musics plays)
No radio in GT class car?
(GT4 soundtrack intensifies)
Illegal tuning is literally NSFU2... Wanna sum Peugeot 206? What? Nobody remembers this car too? Ohhh... I'm not in the '90 do i'm? :(
Contract missions? GRiD series one i see here.
Car rental? TDU series. But i prefer not, Gran turismo 2 teached me to always hunt for rare cars in Used lists, so go away with this heresy! D:
In illegal racing i'm only limited by imagination? Then i pick Suzuki Escudo pikes peak or Speed 12 and annoy everyone i have cheats. (Anyone remembers how Escudo from Gran turismo is OP car? no? :( )
Fuel have weight?
It is me. :(
omg boi...
Bible 2.0
Precisely. The idea is dead before beginning development to begin with. No market = no buy = no sales.
give EA the marketing, they can hype up any piece of shit you can think off
LOL
Hi-Rez could be another good candidate in that XD
Not sure if it would be hypothetically, the opposite. Considered that it would be the first game to pull off such a complete experience, it would more so than cater the racing simulator market in general out there...Provided the price is right.
I loved every single thing of the project
Not even France included in the game...
I mean, if France was included it'd be easy to do it's "mini-country" roads.
Just full of tight city roads, trucks, cars that doesnt respect the law, strikes, deviations. Sooo yeeee..
You could have 50s Le Mans with its mid-race cyclists!
Le mans is ESSENTIAL in any track racing game
I was just thinking in a street ilegal racing game like slrr with real cars and simulator driving physics, but this is an overdose of ideas, but extremely interesting too. Imagine you in the very first beginning of the game totaling your car at 200km/h and dying in the impact because of beamng damage and having to start all over again, would be funny. Congratulations for the vídeo man, you really mean quality.
I would pay 150USD and not even blink
AJ VP 200 usd considering that 200 usd are 5600$ of my country Money
Thank you for letting me know I'm not alone when it comes to creating dream games, although mines are a different genre.
I happen to have written several fanmade plot scripts for sequels of my favorite rhythm game with cars. However, they are illegal to post outside of specific Facebook groups.
Excluding them, let's talk about the gameplay mechanics...
-Beat Racer 2: EDM World Tour
Featuring almost 100 EDM songs from the Top 100 DJs 2016.
-EuroBeat Racer
Features remarkable drift cars like the AE86 all the way to Daigo's Murci. You start off with the Japanese touges, then you travel across each continent as you go. Each touge has two stages: hillclimb and downhill, each with 4 playable songs. New mechanics include drift zones.
-Rock Racer
Inspired off Guitar Hero.
-Hatsune Miku Project Diva Beat Racer
Host the Magical Mirai show for 15 days!
Yeah, I think small areas in the map like Finland and Sweden could feature rally tracks! ^^
Daniel Garcia you could be able to choose sim or simcade like how there's gamer and sim in dirt 4
I just love how he uses the burnout map as an example
wow i love that intro :D
So beautiful and so sadly impossible but someday SOMEDAY WE WILL HAVE IT.
That would be the ULTIMATE GAME
For me to explain my whole idea of the ultimate and perfect racing game would take twice as long as this video did. By the way I love your idea! It's very original and different compared to some ideas I've heard.
Lets be realistic, a simulator with phyics/ffb of AC, Rf2 and the graphics/content of gts, Pcars2 will be my dream game
Wait for ACC then
@@kaznia8400 well acc has no free roam
I've always had the idea of a game almost just like the sim like physics in a free roam city, with street racing and things like that. It's really cool knowing I'm not the only one who thinks this should be a thing.
Yesssssss. But add amazing nfs body kits
Very well thought out!
I really hope some major company does this, they have to credit you for the whole game aswell.
Well, he said that the map is going to be 3/5x GTA 5 map, sooooo
0_0 Wow thats a long (Dont even think about it)
Papa Stalin gta map is not that big. It seems big because we mostly walk or race with slow cars.
Just make the map like need for speed or forza horizon 4. Everyone play always online with other people in the map
Nice idea, I love your videos and the Soundtrack of all of them 😍
Small problem, how much memory this would all take up, with around 7 different Maps (for decades) and that means a lot of work or compression, so graphics would need to be sacrificed hugely.
128gb ram
ThatGuyInWhite or just make it one big map and lock some of the others off
Crimson-fox Twitch but he mentioned parts of the map changing over the decades.
Also one thing that a lot of other people mentioned as well; having BeamNG collision physics would be cool and all, but as someone who plays BeamNG a lot, I think it would be an absolute nightmare in a game of this scope because the second you tap into anything going more than 5mph your car will basically be totaled, which would get really annoying really fast unless you can repair your car on the spot.
only one option, change.org
Nicolas Ramirez viperconcept I challenge you to do so ;)
rofl
Oh yeah, fund a billionarie proyect just with petitions
One of the biggest things of a racing game is the car list and it looks like you nailed it
Let's hope it has microtransactions to help progress quicker 😂
-3D audio+accurate wind sound tracks
-HDR
-60fps
-Different career modes: police, stunt driver, get away driver, professional driver and street racer each with their own acustomed progression systems.
-Actual realistic jumps to survive from.
-The ability to be spinning in the air and not be given a crash scene.
-Accurate momentum physics
-VR compatibility
Last but not least: online events which aren't buggy AF from launch
As much boring as real life... Things like 3x GTA map evolving by decades is impossible to do, way too much surface to cover...
I'm bored of US open world..
dunno driver parallel lines had a back and forth system think he wants that and between the crew
MadMat Driver Parallel Lines has evolution story from 1978 to 2006
viperconcept As much as I loved and couldn't stop playing 'Fuel', it is a false equivalence to compare something like that to the likes of GTA V.
Listening some Queen While Driving must be amazing
hi viper, you would get way more attention if you talked in your videos
Basically, a racing that includes everykind of racing game in the world and caters to everybody
Viperconcept you should copyright this
This will be a perfect racing game! You’ve put so much work into this too! 😄💯🚗🏁
A bunch of racing games went through my head during this entire video.
This idea is awesome.
Now we only need a title...
3:55 Aaaaah, brings me back to the good ol Gran Turismo 4 days. Great ideas presented in this video!
I completely agree on this, I have been dreaming of a game like this for forever now. I couldn't of said it any better than you did Sempai.
And also your email still isn't working for me, I live in the us.
Your game is ACC! Best physics, best tire model, best grafics, best FFB and best weather!
Seriously sick idea. You'll never want to buy another racing game ever again.
Street Legal Racing:Redline - an underrated game, made by Invictus.
It has:
• Damage system, worst damage can take the engine out of car
• Used Car dealer and New ones (Used ones may have surprise)
• You can built your car from ground up (engine swap, etc)
• Cops system
• Mods
• Economy system (buy chassis, pay cop fine, street racing bet)
BUT... It lacks quite a lot like:
• Fuel system (gas doesn't need to get filled up, but somebody managed it, albeit canceled (just search Street legal racing redline: street of valo))
• Go to shops (same drill above, exists on canceled mod)(to buy parts goto catalog)
• Non Steam version: Money making legal racing isn't possible (steam ones had it)
• Stability, the game tends to crash A LOT.
• Valo City is so small.
• Economy is so broken, you had to use cheats
If that game with this criteria made, it will probably cost alot due to licensing issues, etc.
If this game came I simply would love it 👏🏾✌🏾😀
Great ideas here. I like the going through the ages and mandatory F1 idea. Plus renting vehicles.
Graphics: GT Sport (but on PC level)
Physics: iRacing
Car selection: GT6
Car sounds: Assetto Corsa (especially with Fonsecker Sound Mod)
Track Selection: Assetto Corsa (including mods)
Racing game-type: Full-Sim
Including Fictional tracks: Yes.
Mod support: Yes.
*That's my UTOPIA*
My dream racing SIM would have:
• The menu's, soundtrack, online, diversity and photorealistic cars of Gran Turismo
• The fun gameplay, customization, tuning, AI, weather effects and Autovista of Forza Motorsport
• The physics of Assetto Corsa
• The diverse adjustability of gameplay of Project Cars 2
THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT GAME 😖
motorsport manager+ business management + the sims + GTA without weapons with RPG elements like driver and team development I would like a game where it's about a driver or team owner with customizable appearance and stuff where you can have an epic home with npc's kids ect and a garage you can free roam and customize. I also like the simple elements of racing as optional mini-games like driver introductions fan events driver meetings team meetings if you wreck your car you ride back to the garage or hospital etc.
Maybe in two or three generations we will have something like this
It is a question of the performance of computers and consoles and also cost / development time ...
I fucking love how JP has the biggest part, the scene there will be awesome
I truly hope someone big sees this and makes a game out of it
What i would add: a racing mode totally apart from the singleplayer mode where you could just pick any car, pick any track, and race a few laps, also with multiplayer races and huge amount of mods like assetto corsa.
I want:
an Idea similar to My Summer Car, with added features including but not limited to:
>Being able to buy and sell vehicles
>There being lots, and lots of different cars, trucks, vans, motorbikes, scooters and whatever you can think of, including ones with different qualities that are required in real life(and some not in many other racing games) like better fuel economy, bigger cargo areas, more seating, better off road capability, etc
>Of course, better polished graphics, physics and all round package
>More languages than just Finnish
>A huge map, preferably with a more extensive city area
>Somewhat like TDU2/GTA 5, an open world map, possibly even 2 or more like TDU, where you start off with a crappy house and work your way up to better and bigger ones
>More ways to earn money than just doing jobs
>There being race tracks on the map, where you can drive for a fee(real or fictional doesn't really matter)
>The option to drive and get parts, as opposed to just having to order them(of course, you can still order parts if you prefer to)
>Perhaps even the ability to get your car engine swapped. This would be very expensive, of course.
>And even more of those tiny, but very nice details that make My Summer Car the game it is and hopefully always will be.
Haha good one viperconcept, I adore you! Good luck with your dream ;)
I wouldn't make an F1 championship mandatory though, since I, personally, don't really find them fun (too much power to handle), however I love touring and GT (also touge, drift, street races)
I also want to make a dream MMORPG once, so I know the feels! Keep up the good work!
I absolutely adore this idea so much! I actually have a racing game in mind too
Burnout 3: Takedown ++
Basically Burnout 3 but with a mega ton of content, every car from every burnout game, every OST from every burnout game, every map from every burnout game (except Paradise which is open world) the game will include online, adding new features like free roam lobbies and or arcade race modes lobbies.
My ideas to further improve it:
F1 is more like a regular thing, not needed to progress in the decades.
