I didn't realize how big Sherpa was until Sister Sarah's last video, where she is sitting side by side with him. I gasped at his size. His head is twice the size of Sister Sarah's. At first, I thought it was a different dog. He truly is a gentle giant!

A wonderful video. It's easy get immersed in the grand city, taking in the old stonework and design...but at 16:40 it all gets upstaged by the legendary super dog, Sherpa, being especially adorable just by peering over the foot of a bed.

I noticed after people pet him on his walks, Sherpa does a little prancing and strutting. It is so cute. Love watching Sherpa and Jamie adventures.

That was Glasgow Jamie lol The motorway goes through the city. You were in the city centre at Charing Cross. You completely bypassed my home city.🤷♀️ There is a great rivalry/ between Glasgow and Edinburgh. 💛💙

Edinburgh think they are superior because they have a castle lol Glasgow has the most parks in Europe. I grew up in the outer southside of the city up on the hills looking down at Glasgow. We had stunning views of the mountains.
There is a lot of rivalry between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Many years ago Edinburgh City Council were trying to find a snappy slogan to promote the city as a tourist destination. Tom Shields of the Glasgow Herald decided to launch a competition for Herald readers to think up a suitable slogan. The winner was "Edinburgh: a Castle, a Festival and a warm Scottish welcome! Two out of three ain't bad!". Actually, as a Weegie, I think Edinburgh is beautiful city.
Loved seeing Scotland again! As beautiful as I remember it. Sherpa certainly has the best dad who loves him and takes him on some wonderful adventures. What a life!!!

Takes me back a few years. I love Scotland but Edinburgh is special. The church's, castle,royal mile,,bagpipes,gardens and the pubs are all fantastic. One thing,they can keep the hagas(sp). 😜
You’re a very careful man and Lord Sherpa is a very careful dog. He picks his "beds"so he has the room secure. No one gets into any of these rooms you’re staying in unless they come past him; allowing you to get a good nights sleep, then in the morning when he knows you’re breathing has changed, he gives you the chin on the bed stare of hurry up man I’ve got to go pee.

That was a long way you walked that day, up and down so many hills, you're both obviously a lot fitter than me ha ha (and I have to face those hills on a regular basis!). My old dog called sim a use to go on every holiday in the uk with me and my parents and he love it so much. Now we do not have a car, Bruno doesn’t get to go on holiday with him for 10 years now he is 12 and we can’t leave him alone in the house for 10 mins since we lost Kira 2 years ago.

I see exactly this every day walking the dogs around Arthurs Seat, your travel lodge was less than a mile away from my area! You should have asked the front desk they have a wide option and sometimes have discount codes too! What was your favorite place to just get lost and explore here?

You just have such amazingly beautiful areas to travel to with Sherpa. The UK is just beautiful. Always wanted to go to Scotland.
What you weren't sure was Glasgow it was you were right in the centre in charing cross area of the city, pets at home was in
Linwood which outside of Glasgow saw many a good film in the cinema there (lived in Scotland for years now in Devon)
Perfect view ! When we travel on the motorcycles we always like a window that lets us keep an eye on the bikes.
The architecture is really amazing and beautiful. We have nothing to compare in the states. That being said ,this place is way to peoplely for me.

Thank you for taking us along! Edinburgh looks like a great city to explore. Plenty of sites to see, and I’m sure the history of Edinburgh provides plenty to see and learn from. From what you provided, it also looks like a beautiful city too! Sherpa was probably upset he didn’t get his chicken balls, but I’m sure the burger treat was tasty! Was that before, or after tea time for Sherpa?😂
