I need to get to What-a-burger and try the Witch Doctor. I love Cheery-Lemon Sundrop. I make my own version at the restaurant chains here but with Sundrop and Cheerwine....DELICIOUS.

If you're looking for something like Western Steakburger in San Diego, Canada Steakburger is likely a good substitute. Half the menu is Greek/Lamb and they love mixing it in their burgers.

I make it a point to make at least one of his regional burgers from each of these episodes. The Thurman Burger reminds me of a burger exclusive to a place here in Kansas called the Kelly burger. It's similar but they have 2 patties, bacon, and instead of ham slices, it's a ham steak slice. It's huge and delicious

the coolest thing about George to me is that even though he basically lives off of just hamburgers he actually digs some pretty off the wall food. weird relishes and sauces and burger condiments and stuff that I'd have a hard time bringing myself to even try.
As a Columbus resident my tip for anyone who is making the Thurman is to put the ham on the burger patty well they are still on the flat top then add the cheese, then cover the burger, ham, and cheese with a metal bowl to melt the cheese. That is how they do it in the restaurant.

That second burger gets done in the UK all the time at any kebab shop. You can get a burger at my local with a quarter pounder of beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, doner kebab meat and garlic sauce.
Hey George, have you talked with Fox about doing a cameo on Bob's Burgers, or perhaps doing a "Bob's Burgers Special" where you do the TOP 3 bugers he's created. Such as: 'Baby you can chive my car burger' 'Bet it all on Black burger' 'The running out of Thyme burger' I can see this series being a REAL THING and can guarantee a million views.
