Joan of Ark wasn't even an actual warrior. She was a flag bearer who barely even fought at the front and rarely wielded a sword. Her real role in the Hundred Years' War was more akin to a monk who inspired it's troops.

I absolutely have not earned such a badge in combat but I would wear such a badge respectfully in her honour. I honour soldiers of all stripes, who have served their armed forces honourably. With the exception of Russian soldiers who do not surrender this current war.
I have friends who have served my country and the country of their births. I honour them and show my appreciation to them and all who serve every time we are together, not just on days of remembrance, like Armistice Day.
It is a brave person, man or woman, who serves their country, willing to pay the ultimate price for their beliefs, and wearing patches like these serve to honour their lives and memories, long after any shots are fired.
You are correct, however. Making them available to the masses may cheapen them, for those who aren't honourable and those who would believe them to just be "trendy" would water down the meaning of them. Fair call. And definitely not my intention.
You were welcome to just say "No, they aren't available to purchase."
By the way, I believe that my country, Australia, can and should be doing more to support Ukraine from this unjust invasion. Sadly, I am a tiny voice, easily ignored (and, believe me, I have tried to roar) I can only wish it were different.
