- Meredith Firetog, a partner at Wigdor LLP, has lashed out in response to Sean Combs’ video post today in which he apologizes for the assault on his former girlfriend that was captured on a hotel video.
Wigdor represented Cassie Ventura in her settlement with Combs over an assault. The incident was captured on video that only surfaced in the last few days.
“Combs’ most recent statement is more about himself than the many people he has hurt. When Cassie and multiple other women came forward, he denied everything and suggested that his victims were looking for a payday. That he was only compelled to ‘apologize’ once his repeated denials were proven false shows his pathetic desperation, and no one will be swayed by his disingenuous words.”

I believe cassie is mostly telling the truth. However, i also believe cassie was a willing participant.

@@jaclynk2956 True, they made an inference. He apologized for the behavior. We SAW who the violence was directed to. Mr. Combs has the worst lawyer(s) ever. He needs to keep quiet. This video will bias any potential juror that gets selected for the cases that are coming for Mr. Combs, that’s what this PR video was for…. IMO. Just like I’ve been made aware that because “Bad Boy Entertainment” was sued, Mr. Combs was listed as an employee. The insurance company paid her “claim” not Mr. Combs.
@@CrispSugar worse lawyers or PR ever… unless he went on despite their advice. Which is likely. Keeping quiet was best. LA PD already said the incident happened beyond the statute of limitations and I also believe everything that may arise is also beyond the statute. But IMO, I don’t think he will be charged and get jail time. I feel like his karmic retribution will be to be free and can’t be the puffy, puff daddy, diddy, or brother love we seen all these years.
@@jaclynk2956 That’s the other point I learned. You are correct, the LA DA cannot charge him on the assault because the statute of limitations. However, in California, the fact Ms. Ventura was trying to leave that dwelling and Mr Combs physically moved her person to prevent it constitutes Kidnapping. So, that he can be enforced because there is no statute of limitations on kidnapping, R@pe and Murd€r. The FEDS are setting up a RICO
case on him. They will more than likely bring more charges.

What's interesting is the nightclub victim Natania Reuben told a different story in court. She said (on the stand) that both Shyne and Puffy had firearms and she seen muzzle blast from both firearms before getting hit but don't know who hit her. The 2nd victim Robert Thompson said he seen Shyne with a firearm after he got hit. The 3rd victim Julius Jones said both Shyne and Puffy had firearms but Shyne was the only one firing when he got hit
And Shyne was arrested running from the club with a firearm on him

Diddy’s father is deceased. His father, Melvin Earl Combs was an associate of notorious New York City Drug Lord Frank Lucas. Combs at age 33 was fatally gunned down in 1972 after a failed drug deal due to being mistaken for a police informant. Both Frank Lucas and rival Nicky Barnes were close to Combs.

I have not written on your timeline for a while AV7. , But wanted to share a few thoughts as I viewed not only your stream but many about the more recent leaked video about Diddy & Cassie and even this woman's account of an incident that happened over 25 years ago .
The Spanish philosopher George Santayana ... said "Those who don't know history are destined to repeat it.” In this 'new age', so many of our young people are idolizing these celebrities in Movies, TV, Music, and now even TH-camrs, Instagrammers you name it! They are not realizing the stark reality - (What is man, that thou art mindful of him? ) ( “You Shall Not Make for Yourself an Idol of any man or anything) ., quote from the Bible ...... Some people can and will do horrific things, they will lie and cheat and continue to do so if they can get away with it, and make no mistake someone's status in life or wealth does not make a distinction when someone has bad character.
Let's not be skeptical when people have proven themselves to be dishonest. We can only speculate on what people say especially when the message is delivered secondhand. However, when faced with the visual actions in a video or specific eyewitness details of horrific actions, let's not ignore them.
Let's only say this if we should say anything at all on account of what we see or hear "Tell them to admit their wrongs, take responsibility for their actions, and seek the help that is so desperately needed. If they have the resources or wealth that a lot of these people doing these things have; stop covering up the wrongdoing and instead use, money to get HELP to change their behavior.
This quote from the scriptures is so important "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things( Philippians 4:8).
Cassie said she was representing and fighting for all women who suffered abuse.. but once the check was cut, she cut out! SMH! She has been and always has been about the money and fame. Now that she's hit the wall she made a last ditch effort for one more payday! and in this believe all women climate/society.. It worked! This is the life of all these people...and the sparks that ignited only fans and we are still finding someone else to blame for females with only fans accounts😂😂
