The takeaway here is that if you buy a complete boat from Expandacraft, you get a title for a new manufactured boat. If you sue the Expandacraft as an outrigger, you register the boat in the center. If you buy a bunch of Expandacraft parts and make you own boat and deck, it's a homebuilt boat, and you have to check with your State for the rules.
Well, can't help anyone with that, other that to point out that buying a manufactured boat that comes with a title has a value. registering "stuff" cost time and money too.

I did point that out. However, if I issue a Title as the manufacturer, it is accepted in all 50 States.
@@Expandacraftboats thanks for the reply.

Having to register "stuff" is aggravating enough - but, it's the GD fees that piss people of the most ...... just sayin'

@@Expandacraftboats wasn't a comment on you or your business/product - was just a tongue in cheek stirring of the system ...
@@unclejack123 understood, wasn't taken as an insult or anything. We're cool. :-)
Annual fees especially lol
@@adamnorton748 Well, I can't do anything about that, but the affordability of an Expandacraft will make those fees easier to
