This is amazing! It's been a childhood dream of mine to play a Mario fangame like SMBX with items like these. I'm astounded to see the creativity everyone put into this, kudos to them!

Ok, but in all seriousness, it's just a cape with a projectile, there's a template for projectile powerups like that, so just start learning to do things yourself.
