@@rexnavales4337 i think makakaya naman i-handle nung dalawang brand yung autocad or you can just check yung system requirement ng autocad para makapili ka sa acer or asus.

Hi Madudes, matagal na kitang sinusubaybayan maganda kasi mga video mo hnd boring panoorin, kingkoy ka nakakatuwa ka at napupulutan ng mga magandang ideas, tatlong bahay pinagawa q isa may enhenyero dalawa wala para sa akin yong pagpa gawa ng bahay depende lang yang sa design, budget at location kung kaylangan mo paba ng mga engineers..

Not a professional but nag work ako as Engineering's Assistant for 5years since i graduated as a draftsman. With the experience and since i know how to plan naman i was able to build my own house with me the only one supervising it. But i do believe consulting to professionals is the way to go. 👍👷♀️👷

Freshman arki student here. Almost a month pa lang ako pumapasok andami ko na agad natututunan, lalo na sa inyo, kuya. Learning Architecture is like learning a whole new language. It's not just "drawing drawing lang" but it is finding solutions to tricky situation through planning and design.

Although tama naman na wala talagang tatalo pag nag hire ng mga professionals. Minsan hindi naman sa professional fee ang problema, minsan sa professional architects at engineers na nanloloko. Yung pinaghirapan at inipon o ipinangutang na budget to build a house ay itatakbo lang. At ito ay naranasan mismo ng mga sikat na tao, sila mismo nabiktima. Kapag ang karaniwang mamamayan ay may mapagkakatiwalaang mapupuntahan na mga professionals, no matter how small the project can be, palagay ko maraming projects ang magagawa ng mga professionals na 'to. Lahat ng tao gustong manirahan sa isang safe na bahay.
Sobrang na-enlighten ako sa video na to Architect, typical Filipino ganon din yung viewpoint ko sa paghire ng Arki. I swear pag lumago yung kumpanya namin, sana nandito kapa sa pinas para magdesign para samin. Babalikan ko tong comment ko after 5 years.

You can draw, you can plan of your house for reference only, like kung saan ang cr, kitchen and etc.., then give it to the professional for final decision, advice and proper plan..
For 15 years they give you assurance and insurance for your house, and after 15 years walang problema, ibig sabihin matatag talaga ang pagkabuild ang iisipin mo nalang is proper maintenance..

I'm a RLA as well, Arch. Llyan, sa totoo lang yan ang nakagawian na sa Pinas. iba kasi mentality dito eh unlike sa ibang bansa basta "may alam" lang sa construction papagawa na lang nila basta. tas pag nagkaproblema na saka lang lalapit, gagawin pang sakit ng ulo at stress mo ung mga pinaggagawa nila at kinalabasan. hahaha.
Sana masmadami ka pa magawang videos like this to open people's (Filipinos) minds to seek and hire Professionals when constructing not only houses but also any other complex structures that really do need Professional services.

4th year palang ako sa civil engineering nangontrata na ako ng 2 storey na bahay at may foreman din 20yrs experience sa construction pero kahit pa ganun marami parin xang hindi alam sa standard ng construction, kaya kailangan talaga ng supervision ng isang CE or architect..

Mostly yung mga bahay sa pinas puro skilled workers lang talaga gumagawa.. like us puro diy. 1990 Since naitayo namin ng tatay ko and 1 other laborer kasama ko taga halo ng semento. After mapatayo yung 15 patong na hollow blocks. Kami na lang father ko gumawa ng tres aguas na bubong then electrical sya nag diagram ng linya ako nag execute ng wirings. Hinde po kmi skilled laborer or mason na experience lng na tatay ko sa pagawa ng bahay sa quezon city 1977.. 1990 nabuo nmin nga itong sa pampanga. 2020 nag start kmi renovation yung 48sqm pinagawa ko na 230sqm floor area.. so far malalaks na lindol at mga bagyo dumaan ok parin structures. Pero iba parin talaga gawa ng mga pro syempre..

This is very true! Kahit sa designs on my channel, lagi ko pa din sinasabi to consult/hire architects and engineers once you decide to build with the design. For sure naman if you talk with architects and designers they are willing to work with you para may personal touches ka pa din. Maganda na SAFE pa. Aprub!👍

@@rexnavales4337 basta dapat may SSD at least 256GB, RAM na at least 8GB DDR4, at yung processor 2.0ghz and above na i5 recent generation/equivalent na ryzen processor para decent performance at di ka mabagalan.
@@rexnavales4337 i would say at least a ryzen 5 with 16gb ram if you're using the igpu. I've been using my ryzen3 2200u laptop before with 16gb of ram and it works until you run out of vram and the render crashes. Upgraded to a desktop with a ryzen 3400g + a gtx1060 6gb. Difference is amazing! Quality and speed. Pero budget build kasi lahat 2nd hand/used items from ebay.
