Madagdag ko lang mah dudes, though hindi ito common sa mga subdivision, baba naten ng konte yung level, sa mga barangay, eto sobrang laking bagay sa peace of mind, with or without private vehicle, make a scenario in your head na halimbawa uuwi ka, gabi na, tapos maglalakad ka mula sa kanto na binabaan mo ng jeep, make sure na wala kang dadaanang delikado gaya ng mga (1) tindahan na laging may inuman, (2) area na sobrang daming aso, (3) kumpulan ng mga marites, yung tipong dimo pa man sila kilala eh kabet/buntis/adik/scammer kana para sa kanila.

Just wanna add po. As I've found out, this may depend on your appliances but, you might want to check if the sockets have proper earthed ground lines. For example, meron pong mga sockets na may 3 holes/receptacles pero yung 3rd receptacle ay hinde naman properly earthed/grounded. Usually may mga gantong sockets as "aircon sockets". If hinde properly earthed/grounded yung sockets, may scenarios na pwedeng maka-sira ng appliance, or worse, maka-injure or patay dahil nahawakan yung case nung appliance, etc.
How to check po? Better po ba na magsama ng trusted na electrician or is there another way for us to know na kami kami lang?

nag purchased kami ng pre-selling house & lot nakita namin ang location aware kami na likod ay creek pero hindi kami aware na yung retaining wall ng creek gumuho na so soil to creek na agad ang land namin. Advise ko sa mga bibili ng house and lot visit the location and check sa harap likod at gilid ng pagtatayuan ng bahay.
