Oh what looking at the comment section its pretty sad. I am not apart of the LGBTQ community but love the dialogue in this video it was interesting to hear how the scene was in the past and now. You guys are awesome for dojng this!!

This whole conversation is so special, and I support it whole heartedly. In my own country (New Zealand) I wish we could have more of these conversations between generations, partly as a indicator of how far we have come, but also as a opportunity for connection and aroha (love)

Really good conversation by eloquent speakers who spoke in good English, and not tiktok/ social media languages 👍🏻

This is a really good conversation. I fee so much hope with younger Singaporeans like Elijah who are so brave and motivated to shift the needle on LGBTQI issues.

The young kid spent way too long fairy tale-lising the police station story - honestly can see the two elders were getting bored. Seemed like self promo - didnt add anything to the conversation

awww this is so sweet. I came out as trans to my mum a few days ago and, I agree with Elijah, she didn’t like support me strongly, she just said ok and yeah the usual “this is just a phase”. But I think she wouldn’t mind she just would prefer if I wasn’t who I am. But I guess this is one of the best responses you can get nowadays.

The youngest one is proud that she was arrested and was a “martyr”. The description of her arrest was such a waste of time. I bet she told this story many times. It has very little value.
