    I love you brother. Thanks for what you're doing. I saw your free masterclass and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasnt seen it yet. I believe its about a 45minute long self inquiry session and its EXTREMELY powerful. If you just followed the guidance in that video alone and committed yourself and fell in love with the practice (which you inevitably will sooner or later) you will have a strong foundation for lasting inner peace and self love.

    I experienced this silence for a very short amount of time. And it was so wonderful! If I can hold that state all the time, no external pleasure is ever needed...

      Devote yourself to a pointer that resonates and silence will no longer be an experience you try to grasp, it will be seen more and more as the ground of being

    Thanks Sunny. Felt agitated and unsettled before doing the practice with you as I kept following my thoughts and inner chatter. Now I can direct my attention back to myself, the knower. I am free again. A smile is finally back to my face.

    I love your content, Sunny. Dissolving thoughts and bringing attention to the “who is thinking?” then holding focus there has been a practice of mine for a month or so now.
    Your content, specifically the guided inquiry meditations, are really helpful for this… deep gratitude for you & this channel 🙏❤️

    ❤❤ thanks you Sunny, this is very helpful, I like your teachings, they’re so simpel to follow 🫶🙏🏻
    Funny because I couldn’t figure it out why it got so quiet when I try to observe the thought 😂 all the teachers says observe your thought, but every time I look there’s nothing to see 😂 because of this simple teaching I got aware that I look at the whole picture,”the thinker“ already amazing 🤩 every time I come back to your teachings I understand more because of the simplicity ❤❤ thank you 🙏🏻 keep up the great work, you have the capacity to make all the teachers understandable somehow 🫶

    Hi sunny! It's so lovely to see you again 😊
    In the midst of doing something, all of a sudden I used to become aware even now it happens and used to observe that how quickly the thoughts used to dissolve and the funny thing is the mind again wants to dwell upon the thoughts and wants to continue but that too is being watched. So it can't continue.
    This is a funny game😂 it's as if the mind is the owner up until the real owner shows up😄
    Sending you peace, love, happiness and good health😊 and once again thank you for turning the lights on.
    Keep shinning ✨
    Much Love💛

    This was so what I needed at a difficult time, when I feel overwhelmed with caring for others.
    It was beautiful and freeing.

    These recent days I have been surrounded by very heavy, dense energy, not only my mind, but even my body is suffering from that. I repeatedly communicate with my inner being and hear "when I am done, I leave, or I will be guided otherwise". I am 100% sure Sunny is one of my guides

    Sometimes when I am "practicing" Self-inquiry, an emotion comes up. Then I don't know if I focus on "practicing" acceptance or if I keep focusing on Self-inquiry and deal with the emotion later. But then I also wonder "can't Self-inquiry also be acceptance"?

    • @selfinquiryschool
      @selfinquiryschool  3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Abiding as that which is aware, you are naturally in a place of acceptance. Acceptance is not a practice, it is what you are, it is your true nature

    Hi Sunny, love your videos. Quick question - this unknowing watcher that we can’t really find (as it’s our source), the witness. Is it this witness that has full control of attention? It seems to me that ATTENTION is key as you keep telling us to bring our attention to such and such OR is it really just the mind that is controlling attention and the true ‘I’ is just witnessing the focus of Sheree mind has shifted attention??

    Brother Sunny thankyou soo much for your precious work ...long time i coudent to watch..finally today🙏 ...! I wanted asked you a question if its allowed...if you can answer i appreciate 🙏: wht does it mean when a person have inner knowing...101% that that thing will happen no matter wht ..how it will happen i don't know ,but i know that the certain thing will happen to me ! ( this mean that its imprinted in my subconscious mind? Having that garanty ..that my inner faith tells me that particular thing that i think about will happen to me ) i know my English not good i hope you understand my question ! ! I just want to know is that mean i am assuming or that mean i am belive 101% with faith or that mean my super subconscious is giving me that answer ( i have zero doubt of this certain thing i am expecting to happen to me) ? ! Thankyou if you can answer🙏just simple! Blessings

      @selfinquiryschool  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The only thing you can know for certain is I am. Everything else, you merely believe. Your belief may be strong, and that belief may make it so
