Blast was probably good friends with Empty Void, so he wants to de-monsterize him not just so he can use his ability, but have his buddy back. That explains how he was able to get away from Blast during the fight. Blast let him
nice theory, i actually like how that sounds. It would make sense because of the reversing of monsters, empty void is the only one capable of entering the celestial rock cave. Despite that, saitama isint haxed enough to enter as there is no way he could unless he pulls of a breaking 4th wall type of thing.
I'm confused. maybe because of the changes done to the webcomic story. if Empty Void is the founder of the ninja village and the facility is old enough to have 44 generations of ninjas that would mean that he was very old despite looking young when he was Blast's partnerts, doesn't that mean that Empty Void was alredy very monster like and inhuman before his battle with Blast 15 years prior to the present?

@@Baccanaso yeah, exactly. So I think he was alredy inhuman (figuratively and litteraly) since he is a 300 years old being that founded a training facility for assassins even before his battle against Blast.
Manga wise means there's 2 people that can do it. Garou and Empty Void. Garou is the most likely one capable of doing it because he's the only one this far to revert forms. In terms of what everyone knows. The only ones who know about the power during the fight are anyone who saw Genos core data.
It would be cool though for Sonic to be the one to do it though.
Maybe gods influence was able to drain from him because he wasn't fully imparted. Last chapter they found out that monsterfication is dictated by their mental state, maybe if their mind is still intact they can be reverted
New theory: We also dont know about Tatsumaki’s real parents as she was taken from her foster parents. What if empty void was her real father and blast knew about it so he upraised her in a manner she never forgot and kept following his words. Now maybe empty void will have a will to come back as human seeing her daughter has grown to be a star and so he passes the test and becomes human again and then tries stopping blast and others to open the gates as he just freed himself

I think the gates of celestial rocks is opened through the speed of a being. Like when a being is capable of trancending the speed of light something might trigger the gates to open a portal to the god.
I love guessing on all this. Even though we may not get it right, it's half the fun trying to figure out what happens next.
You don’t actually belive this about empty void do you? You already know how the Ninja village arc ends and how it’s leader gets ended. The manga while fleshing out a lot more and adding stuff still follows the web novel pretty closely.
Not when it comes to anything related to God and Blast. Blast being present here, revealing the ninja leader used to hunt God with him, that he has a unique ability to open the dimension he’s in. That’s all new in the manga and its huge, definitely pulls away from the webcomic, just like the garou fight and the aftermath. The acknowledgment and appearances of God has pulled the manga and the webcomic continuities apart considerably

I believe that the fact that everyone (but Genos) is still pretty naive about Saitama's powers and abilities, and assume that he's not a major player with God. Saitama most likely will be able to reach him, as he can break through dimensions and is basically a reality warper.
It would be hilarious if Shadow Ring was the child of Empty Void and not Sonic since she is the only ninja character from an actual ninja village. I know One/Murata didn't forget about her since he recently changed her design in the latest volume so it is possible, she might show up in this arc.
Maybe Sonic ain't Emty Void's son, but he might be the clone of Empty Void. What makes him special is, might be, he was cloned by the monsterized version, that was why he can't monsterize by eating the monster cell

I think "God" is actually Amaterasu, rather someone who is meant to represent her (note I referred to God as a she) , there no reason ONE and Murata would pop a bombshell speaking about the "celestial rock cave" literally no paraphrase, just the term. And who knows in the future God could reveal her true form and Saitama would not be able to beat her without the help of blast and his teammates.
More than an ability I think it's a capability, I mean, for me what allows to go to the god dimension is the Moonblade (probably called Mikazuki Munechika) and only the worthy will be able to use it, and being the son of Empty Void Sonic might be able to use it. What's your opinion @zhoniin ?

I liked Flashy Flash’s backstory in the webcomic WAYYY more. In the webcomic Flashy Flash is the one that destroyed the ninja village and he used to come in last during training on purpose so he would be forced to do extra training. I wonder why they changed it so dramatically?

Empty Void from the webcomic is a person with 2 hearts who is 300 years old. Here in the manga he is a hero who took the power of God and became a monster, it is very different so that theory wouldn’t work probably.

If I'm correct there was a point in the manga Sonic did take up the offer for monsterization... But even when he ate the monsterization fruit or whatnot it didn't have any effect on him.

It’s not, it is possible that current saitama isn’t even stronger than God. As we saw when he fought garou he was taking multiple hits from saitama and God is stronger than Garou
Saitama can't one punch God, if when using His full power He cannot oneshot a mere avatar with barely the amount He was originally going to be given. The 168 power graph shows they were on par, therefore confirming that God is indeed far more powerful then Saitama.
You can literally say that from any point in the manga or series in general, from the beginning, as soon as saitama broke his limiter he should be able to beat God so this argument is just dumb, just enjoy that there are other characters other than saitama.

In my theory, it's because the OPM god has returned due to Orochi's death as a sacrifice for his resurrection like in the ancient prophecy deep underground of the monster association
