Happy new year glad to see you guys are still doing well and moving up in the bike world 39 extra pounds on the bike I didn’t engineer that extra weight on the rack lol hope it’s still holding strong for you stop by if you’re ever in the area again
Hey!!! Great to hear from you! Hope you and your family had a great holiday and wishing everyone a happy New Year! And we are not worried…you OVER engineered that bike rack!
@@FoxPartyOf3 We are in the Canary Islands for 3 months enjoying the great weather and excellent hiking. We return to the US in mid March. We plan on visiting Atlantic Canada, specifically New Foundland, this summer. what are y’all’s summer plans.
That sounds amazing!! We came back to Belize for January. We will be in New England this summer and fall and hope venture over the border into Canada during that time so let’s stay in touch! Enjoy the Islands!!
@@FoxPartyOf3 nice. I make videos and live in the Houston area. Never seen the ADV160 in person and just reviewed the Trail 125 on my channel. Sweet bikes
We are completely happy with the ADV and believe it will serve us well in 2024 for our travels through New England. However, the 125 is really cool and we love the retro look that reminds us old guys of the Trail 90.
That is most unfortunate. Thanks for the heads up. We are 8 months and 1500 miles in and so far, so good. We actually love it and love the way it has enhanced our lifestyle as full timers in the truck camper.
The Honda Wave is not available in the US and not so sure it could do highway speeds with both of us on it. We are both taller than average. We really love and am enjoying the ADV!
Wave can do 100-110kmh on highway and I compare it only to the Trail. Can ride it with passenger and have some space under seat. It's semi-automatic: you can pick a gear, but no need to worry about clutch. It can serve you on a moderate off-road. In the city variator is more comfy. ADV is great but a bit pricy)@@FoxPartyOf3

We travel fulltime but we purchased both Hondas in Texas.

ADV is way better than the little 125

Hope your waterpump last. A guy had to replace his 4 times within a month

@@FoxPartyOf3 wow you're lucky. Also bad fuel pumps
Ok. We will keep an eye on that, too. And, thanks again for the heads up. Wally is adding some coolant as I type!
@@FoxPartyOf3 uht oh. May be the beginning of a leak
Honda Wave 125i is much better than this Trail and can be used for the same purposes
