I know of two others on YT. I found one last year and someone else found another. Both were Gerber PA toilets.

I've also seen quite a few videos of touchless flushmates, but i've only seen one other video of this specific toilet model with one.

Interesting toilet but it is basically an rebadged 2nd gen Wellworth with different designs and they work like 1st gen variants as well.
