@@ILVT_Plumbing Washdown refers to the way the bowl is rinsed - a curtain of solid water (usually is the term for this), although it can be via rim holes, or the new rimless port(s). Washout refers to flushing w/o siphon jets, regardless of exit position - side, wall, or floor. Washout also refers to urinal types that don't flush, but simply have a water exchange. Hope the defs help.
