    I like to soak the green plantain in lime and salt before I fry. Gives a nice added taste but your crushing method just took me to a new height. Your pieces were perfect. You're like my cooking big brother. Thank youuu

    Those look delicious! I usually wait til the plantains are almost all black to cook them up sweet, but next time I will try them a bit more yellow!

    Make a sauce out of sofrito, real mayo, a splash of ketchup, and a fresh lime to use with the green plantains (known by many names in the Caribbean) and you will definitely thank me for it!! 😊😊
