There are added liabilities when you have a property near water such as a lake or river. From slip and fall (wet feet, uneven terrain, steps), intoxication, tubing injuries especially if a host supplied the tubes, etc. Insurance premiums rise substantially when these are also factored in.

Maybe due to someone getting on your property, and then getting hurt. Kinda silly that you can actually be sued if that was to happen.
