I noticed that sometimes the translated names of the songs are inconsistent with other translations I have seen before. For instance, I have seen "No da" go by the name "Why do I?" and "Ura-Omote Lovers" go by "Two-Faced Lovers". What factors lead to these inconsistencies?
@@nikolaysitnikov796 because using the romaji version is more consistent than having to choose a translated name and using that since there's many different translations for the same song The romaji sometimes is the more known version than the translated English, which means I'll likely use that over the translated name

I will never get the hate for Mesmerizer when Shojou A had a similar experience of blowing up, just it wasn’t a new song when it happened. Like we get it, you’re different for not liking the popular song, good for you

Very interesting to see songs only 1-2 months old get to top 200 quickly. They must be very catchy in order to accomplish that and I can agree to that statement as I've listened to Tetoris, Mimukauwa and Monitoring a lot. I hope more songs in the future can accomplish this feat. too. [unfortunatly no Adachi Rei or Akita Neru 😔]
It always makes me so happy to see Ghost songs make the list! Also just a note on 15:13 I love Abnormality Dancin’ Girl but I wish other Guchiry songs got a fraction of the love it does. Schadenfreude, Orthodoxia, Rain Road Girl, and Vanish are some of my other favorites from them.
and that's 2024 done! it's pretty interesting to see all the different songs pass the 200 mark! some definitely new (and some would say one song in particular is... a bit controversial), but that's another year done! pretty strange year if i do say so myself, but oh well, i wonder if there will be another big hit this year...
@@ThatHawksSimp the good thing is that even when mesmerizer passes shoujo a, itd still be the number one song in some kind of way such as being the most viewed song for one vocaloid and itd be a LONG time before mesmerizer (if its even capable of doing it) passes shoujo a in likes, both are growing at like nearly identical rates so i cant see mesmerizer passing it in likes anytime soon

It always makes me so happy to see Ghost songs make the list! Also just a note on 15:13 I love Abnormality Dancin’ Girl but I wish other Guchiry songs got a fraction of the love it does. Schadenfreude, Orthodoxia, Rain Road Girl, and Vanish are some of my other favorites from them.
