The progress of linux based PC gaming is awesome, there's still a ton of needless steps and compatibility issues but it is getting better all the time.
If anyone was wondering what that blue screen that popped cup after the install was about, it was asking to install the MOK keys to register for Secure Boot. Installing the keys that ship with Bazzite allows the system to boot Bazzite with Secure Boot enabled, meaning the computer checks the software for valid signatures and refuses to boot if they are missing, corrupt or modified. This keeps the machine from booting rootkits or other malicious code from booting on the machine.
heroic lo game launcher is way easier then manually installing epic games launcher. also it would be helpful if you put your launch options script in the description.
You actually selected the Steam interface. It was the "Steam Gaming Mode" option on download. If you strictly want the Desktop version you have to choose No. You also don't really need to install ProtonUp-Qt as Bazzite has ProtonPlus already installed and it does the same thing.
