This looks superb. I can’t criticise your food inspector for being sceptical. I once gave my dog foie gras and he had a bad tummy the whole night long. I should have eaten it myself. Wonderful recipe. Thank you.

Absolutely Mazing recipe chef. Would it change the consistency too much if I would use only chicken livers with the same amount as the chicken livers and foei grass together?
@@ChefMajk hey, it turned out great! The flavor was amazing. The only thing off was the color (maybe a shade or two darker than yours and slightly more pink) and perhaps it wasn’t as “rich” as traditional foie gras but I was pleasantly impressed overall.
Tell that to King Charles, who banned foie gras from all his palaces and requested that it not be served for him at Versailles, you aggressive, mean and uncivilized creature - going by the style of your comment.
Unfollowing too, it's one thing to maybe make a mistake, and quite another to be stubborn and mean about it. And to think that I thought to pay you for one on one coaching when I have a bit more time..

Whey is a traditional substitude for white wine, pomogranate juice or beetroot juice is good substitude for red wine
Can you make parfait like this with fish meat, and what kind of fish would be best to use?
Never saw fish parfait before
Scandinavians make salmon pate, you can also use cod liver if you fish the cod yourself and harvest the liver immidietly to avoid the fish oil taste
