It’s supposed to be over exaggerated and over the top - not sure why you took it at face value lol. Also don’t fault the movie just bc your daughters didn’t understand it; it clearly says PG13.
She’s not really faulting it though! She’s sayin “mea culpa” for not checking the rating , and that it is good? Just not for her
Maybe not a new teenager of 13, but an older one sure.
I'm Asian, strict society, now I have to reconsider to use the film for my thesis review I thought it was about school life 😂
