I actually like Hawkeye and I shoot Compound bow. He do come in Clutch even with no Superpowers though and he fights partially deaf but he Earned his spot on the team. He not a goody two shoes like most of them either and he don't take sh"t from Cap either. He's way more Street Savvy than people give him credit for too. Edit: Curving Arrows is a real thing!!!
I always just thought he used Pim Particals. It explains why he never runs out and the vercitility. The only difference is I would make him more like Bullseye, and have him able to use every and any vehicle at an expert level. He should also have world class tec skills.

He also only used Pym Particles to be the second Giant Man {Goliath} because he felt useless after awhile, His primary Jobs outside the Avengers is that he's a security guard that founded his own Security firm and He did Form the West Coast Avenger for a long time. As far combat skills, I'd give him Shorin-Ryu Karate, Muay Thai, Boxing, Savate, Judo, Aikido, Escrima, Hapkido, Kobudo, Akijujutsu, Kung-Fu(Shaolin Pao Quan) and Ninjutsu . Along with archery, bladed weapons(including fencing and Japanese sword fighting)guns, gymnastics and acrobatics. GOAT archer/Avenger.💪👌🏹🏹🏹

Yeah. He is apparently peak human in his normal state without Venom, and with Venom serum he can lift up about 3 tons, if I recall correctly.
