    I'm proud of you for coming and sharing that. This is similar to my last video. I just had to take a step back and re-evaluate what I needed to do and what to focus on. Love you girl

    Kim i am so impressed with you ! Strength based is the way to go ! beware of adding new things (books) when the things you already know and do really work. Mental work, this is your mental work, not going back to the negative behaviors but thinking of the positive !

    Kim I am glad you got a grip and squashed that book ! I guess we are all students in the same school .. school of hard knocks. I think there are lots of us who don't come on and talk about the "bad times" like you said.. its good to see them and share them...so we know we are not goin through it alone. You know what works for you...

    Great video, I can relate to Jennifer and yourself on so many levels. Accountability is the first step my friend. It sounds like that book has been really hard on a lot of the people that I have seen on here that are reading it. Honestly, just hearing the reviews, made me full of anxiety. I know I'm an emotional eater, so I'm sure that book wouldn't help me at this point, I am just trying to keep focused on losing, and sometimes its too painful to focus on the negative! I agree so completely!

    you know yourself better than anyone...and when something isn't working, then its time to move on to something that is. You will get those 20 down and then some...goal is on the horizon and you are at the wheel again! good for you!

    Kim I just love you! Mine has ben as well. :( I have not gained because I work out 3-4 times a week in hopes to offset the extra calories. See you on Bustin loose. I think we all need a challenge. You know I have just shared this evening Ruby 30 day challenge on our wall. I'm sorry you are having such a gain.
