Well politics is an ugly game not only in Ethiopia though... It's just you have to learn how to play it right. The only problem with most of us including me our emotions gets the best of us. That shows lack of EQ - emotional intelligence, got to be shrewd and be able to hold your thought in your head. That's the characteristics of most successful leaders.
