Really subjective. In Canada you might not be working 10-12 hours but you have to come back home, wash all your dishes , clean the house, cool food, get the groceries and do laundry all by yourself. That easily takes up 2-3 hours everyday.
Companies (non US based) make you work 9-12 hours if you are at a senior position in India. If you’re doing the household chores after that then kudos to you!
