International students pay 3 or 4 times than regular students (effectively subsidising local students and keeping the educational institutions financially sound) and thus would expect that they have an easier route at residency.

The Canadian government makes decision they think is good for its citizens. If it is not favourable for you as a foreigner, then it is just bad luck! I studied in India for four years. However, I found it less people-friendly because many people, including professors, would tell me to "go back to your country." Interestingly, when my Indian friend went to Germany to pursue his master’s degree, he often called me to complain about people's behavior there. Such comments are rooted in racial hatred on flimsy grounds. If any despicable acts are caught on camera, the individuals should be named and shamed, but we cannot form a negative, hateful opinion of Indians based on a few incidents. The majority come legally, often on study visas, focusing on personal growth, education, and a better future for their families. They work hard, contribute to the economy, and eventually settle down, which is entirely valid. Coexisting with people from diverse backgrounds requires mutual respect, not hatred. The amount of times Indians have helped me during my time in college I have lost count. It is often the most hated people who are the most human at heart. What is the point of hating international students tho? They had the money, they came here to study and the government was wanting them to stay. They should blame/show hate to the government for not regulating these things properly in the first place. Also, they should have capped immigrations on each country individually so that there was diversity in the immigration system. India is the most populated country, obviously there would be significant number of immigrants from India if they don't put a cap. At the end of the day, international students are getting unnecessary amount of hate for stup id actions done by the immigrations system. I know couple of people who got their study permit extensions rejected in the middle of their education, this is literally a scam as they are having mental health issues right now for not being able to finish their degrees that they have already invested in.

The Canadian government makes decision they think is good for its citizens. If it is not favourable for you as a foreigner, then it is just bad luck! Interestingly, when my Indian friend went to Germany to pursue his master’s degree, he often called me to complain about people's behavior there. He said that many Germans would also tell him to "go back to India."

What is the point of hating international students tho? They had the money, they came here to study and the government was wanting them to stay. They should blame/show hate to the government for not regulating these things properly in the first place. Also, they should have capped immigrations on each country individually so that there was diversity in the immigration system. India is the most populated country, obviously there would be significant number of immigrants from India if they don't put a cap. At the end of the day, international students are getting unnecessary amount of hate for stup id actions done by the immigrations system. I know couple of people who got their study permit extensions rejected in the middle of their education, this is literally a scam as they are having mental health issues right now for not being able to finish their degrees that they have already invested in.
Wrong, wrong, and wrong, the Indian " students" came here on fake financial documents, fake degrees, by getting admissions in fake Indian run colleges in Canada. A lot of them are scouting for and money laundering for the scammers army in India.
